I’ve been experiencing arthritis in my hands, arms & fingers for years (I’m 73) and have tried many products for relief but none has been as effective as
P &B’s 1:3. The pain subsides quickly! It’s pricey but it works so much better than anything else.

I just canceled my subscription for their Releaf drops. I was a long time customer and found the product helpful. Unfortunately their customer service is unacceptable. Their phone number is just a voicemail system. Email is the only way to communicate.
I had to re send an email to customer service when they didn’t respond to my first attempt at reaching them. They created a problem with my account when they finally addressed my concerns and then implied that I was to blame for the confusion. It was as though a bad version of AI was responding. Infuriating!

They sent me a product ready to expire the following month. It's a dark brown color, not light brown and translucent. They said it's normal to use it one after the expiration date. Interesting, huh? They also said it's potency is assured for 2 years from manufacturing date, which they won't give you so how do you know when it was manufactured?
Can you believe the mental gymnastics they will do instead of replacing the product?

I ordered this product in December; I forgot to add my unit address, so I didn't get the product. I called the number 3 times and left messages; I emailed them; I had hoped they would re-ship to me or refund my money. It's been over a month, but I have not gotten a response. Very poor customer service, I would not subscribe to thier service.

I have used the 3:1 THC Rich formulation for several years. It works on my knee pain (almost bone on bone) and it takes a small amount. Four times I bought the 1.75 oz container with no problem. The fifth container looked strange with a void in the material. I weighed it and there was 1.44 oz. Had the jar been 1.75 oz as advertised I would give it 5 stars.

I have been trying to get someone to help me cancel my subscription. I've emailed and left voice messages. I am interested in tge balm with thc. I can't get this on a subscription. The product is goid. Customer service is terrible

Product arrived in timely manner and so far I’m pleased with it.

The order arrived in a timely manner. It was well packaged. The product was the quality expected. The balm works well for foot discomfort from neuropathy.

Product performs correctly and delivery was on time.

I love this balm. It really helps my knee. I haven’t tried the capsules yet but I will soon.

I tried a jar of the CBD Releaf Balm 3-4 years ago for sore spots. To my surprise I noticed it actually works for a sore neck, shoulders, knees, back, etc. After a couple of purchases I decided to start getting it on the subscription program. I’m a firm user of the product. I’ve also used the drops for sleep. I tried another popular persons sleep drops - Papa Barkley works better for me.

They are so very helpful most of all very patient and understanding

Papa & Barkley item arrives on time. I have not had any problems ordering from them. Relief Balm is a great product and it works. I have referred Papa & Barkley many times.

The product was good but I am just a starter and still in the process of testing the product for my long term use. Ask me again in a month or 2 and it might be higher than 4 stars we shall see
