They have sent 2 out of 3 tins ordered and I have tried to contact them via email, chat and phone several times and no reply on any.

Do not use complete scam, received nothing and zero communication.

Ordered Kirkland(Costco) brand Virgin coconut oil, delivered KTC brand oil.

I haven’t received anything yet, where is it?

No hassle re ordering , good price and very quick delivery also at a good price.

I ordered two Vonbee Citron & Ginger Tea Pack, both jar were cracked when I received it. There was no bubble wrap on it, they just put a paper. I emailed and chat them but no one is replying. Very terrible customer service and shop.

Absolutely terrible, they dont reply to emails. I am still waiting my order. Unable to phone them . And I have no refund as yet. I will be reporting them. Find another company.

Ordered boneless sardines sent a different type containing bones raised and issue had no response. Bought on Shopify and they have not helped either.

Order not even handed over to the courier after 1 week. The courier has been expecting the package for a week now. I have sent emails and calling them on the phone but no response at all. Is this a scam? It seems so.

I placed a order on the 12/10 still havent received it and dont answer my query about delivery

The derive was good but unfortunately although Inordered Tate and Lyle Maple Syrup I got golden syrup I already had a stock of this from the last seller.
They state Maple but you get golden not what I required

Checked with Evri who said they are expecting it. Checked with the shop who say it’s been despatched a week ago.
Not a great experience.
