Ordered their grand voyageur essential kit almost two weeks ago. Although in stock at the time of ordering according to the website, it still hasn’t been shipped. The order remains unfulfilled without any update or explanation. Not a great experience. I decided to cancel the order as they are just too slow. Curious to see how they will handle the cancellation.

I’ve had my paper republic journal for about three weeks now, and I can honestly say it was completely worth the wait. Waiting for it to arrive was probably the hardest part because I was so excited to get it, but since receiving it, I’ve absolutely fallen in love with it.

I take my journal everywhere with me now, and it has essentially become my little “emotional support buddy.” I’ve really gotten into journaling since receiving it, and there’s something about having a journal that feels beautiful, personal, and made to last that makes me genuinely excited to sit down and write in it.

I also have to mention the customer service because my experience with paper republic was amazing from beginning to end. The team was incredibly attentive, helpful, and thorough, and I really appreciated how cared for I felt as a customer. I also love seeing how actively they engage with their community online. You can tell there are real people behind the brand who genuinely care about their products and the people using them.

The quality of my journal is beautiful, I love carrying it with me, and after only a few weeks I already know this is something I’ll be using for a very long time. I’m even planning to gift a few to people I love this Christmas because I’ve enjoyed mine that much.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. If you’re debating whether or not to order one: do it. The wait is worth it. ❤️

The leather cover of the grand voyager is absolutely beautiful, and the whole system Looks amazing, however the paper quality is terrible. The standard refills are super rough, scratchy and bleed. The premium book refills are no where near the quality of Midori, Tomoe River, Rhodia, or even Moleskine and do not lay flat. The sizes are custom proprietary sizes so you are locked in for life and limited by whatever paper republic chooses to make. The international return process has taken well over a month and is still not resolved after following very detailed instructions for return. If you are considering trying this system out and possibly returning if it's not suitable, I would urge you to reconsider.

I have been using Paper Republic for the best part of ten years for their diaries and notebooks, and the quality is always first class. As a fountain pen user, this is the best system for general day to day ans specific use. Would not go any where else.
Delivery although a cost, is also fine, with communication explaining the journey of ehat has been ordered from Vienna to Gosport. Thank you!

I have looked for a daily calendar system for years. Trying this and that product line. This system has been a beautiful thing for me! I have used this product line for over 2 years now, I take it everywhere as rhe a4 is easily popped into a handbag. I ordered the large leather folder specifically for a committee I sit on, which keeps everything tidy for that use. I have shared the product with many friends and some have joined me in my love for Paper Republic.

I'm in love with my journal! The leather is so nice, I love their communication, arrived on time. Obsessed.

I absolutely love my journal and I love all the paper inserts. I just got the 2027 daily planner and I’m so excited to use it. I love having all the extra space. Everything is so beautifully made as well thank you so much.

It took a long time to get here because of all the customization but I couldn't be happier about it! They look and feel amazing and I plan to give them good use for the foreseeable future!

Everything from social media posts down to the delivery. Every interaction with Paper Republic has been great! They've gotten so busy (rightfully so) that the shipping on my A6 portfolio(standard, no embossing) was delayed. I sent a message to their team 3 days before expected delivery about having not received any shipping update/notification, they responded within the 24hours and bumped my order. I received my new journal within days! I've had my A6 for about a week now and I just put in another order for the GV XL with embossing this time because I trust that not only the quality of the leather and craftsmanship will be there but that the people behind the scenes will take care of me and my journals. I will definitely keep coming back and will be recommending to anyone that asks, that Paper Republic is a great brand for anyone looking for journals etc.

The delivery went very smoothly and I received a well crafted grand voyageur | Dúchas Edition. I like the Color and the leather. It feels good in your hands and it is flat on your desk that is great for writing. It was not my first one I bought from paper republic ;-)

I thought about it for a long time. In the end, I couldn't resist. The notebook is beautiful, the smell of leather and the quality paper make me want to use it all the time. I'm looking forward to it getting a beautiful patina.

The rustic rose gold pocket Grand Voyager is better than I expected it to be. So happy with my purchase and looking forward to the inserts I ended up ordering.

This journal is beautiful and it was a gift for my birthday. It has encouraged me to journal daily and I even paint in it. Beautifully crafted journal and worth the price.

The Paper Republic team has the best customer service. I was rather annoying, after I ordered my Le Portfolio I sent an email if I could add a book refill and they were the best with helping me get that after I’d already placed my order. Well when I received it all in the mail, the package had been badly damaged during shipping. Thankfully my journal was safe and sound but the book refill did sustain damage. I sent a picture to them and they immediately offered to send me a free replacement. Thank yall so much PR team! I’ll always recommend you and will be back in the future.
