I am very happy to Review this great organisation
Friendly and helpful staff that were on the same wavelength and knew what was important to as golfers. Sensible prices with everything included, as some companies leave off the buggies to try and look more competitive. An all round good experience booking this trip and if this level of service continues through our trip then it is highly likely that we will be using Par5 Escapes again in the future. A+

Booking and Follow up
The whole system, although it could do with a little connecting together in some areas.
1) Try to keep communication between the booker and Agent the same, as in dont switch from 1 Agent to another, as its loses the personnel touch.
2) Try to reply to any questions within the same day - sometimes it can take up to 72 hours to get a reply. If the office is closed, then maybe have a Out of Office on stating that, or if its running with skeleton staff, then state that - Just try to keep the customer updated at all costs, that way they wont lose interest if they have not Booked.
Please note this is a generic commenta bout the experience, not a specific one relating to anyybody or any set day.

On the whole our golf trip was great…
On the whole our golf trip was great everything ran smoothly, the only problem we had was the booking of the buggies, I had payed in my package for them only to discover on the morning of our first round that there were no buggies booked, leaving me no choice but to pay again, and unfortunately there were none even available for the following day, only trollies which was an inconvenience as a couple of our party struggled to walk the course. In fairness we were compensated for this eventually after we had returned home.
I would use Par 5 escapes in the future as everything else went well.

Unfortunately even when we do everything right from our end, sometimes things may go wrong outside our control sometimes.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
We have use par5 escapes for the last two years just for tee times and transfers and the service and price has been exceptional. We have been back a day and booking our full holiday for next year. Thanks sonny and par5 for the wonderful experience.

Just returned from a 7 day, 4 round golf holiday in Belek, from the pick up at the airport, through the transfers, golf bookings and tee-times, Par5 escapes have been excellent, used different firms before, but by far the best value, just booked next years trip with Ross, roll on 2027.

Booking with Par5 escapes has been the easiest decisions I had to make when booking our groups Golf trip, the whole team couldn’t have helped more. I was lucky enough to get Tom, he was absolutely fantastic. Every question raised and every issue I had with people changing flights hotels and drop out he fixed. He offered fantastic choices in hotels and courses to work with our budget. So much so that after being back for 2 days I have already started planning with Tom and Par 5 escapes for next years trip.

I recently booked a golf trip over the phone and had a great experience. The staff member was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the booking process. They answered all my questions clearly, explained the available time slots, and made the reservation quick and easy. It was refreshing to receive such good customer service, and the whole process felt smooth and well organised. I would definitely recommend booking with them.

Sonny has been brilliant in organising our trip answering any questions I had for him quickly. The booking was smooth and simple from very start. The service has been A*. This will be the 4th trip I’ve been on where sonny has organised and every one of them has been perfect, I couldn’t recommend these guys high enough if your looking for someone to sort out a golf trip. Had an amazing time.
From arriving in Portugal to leaving to go back to the airport everything was very smooth and easy.
Hotel was spot on
Transfers were all on time
And more importantly the golf was amazing.
Sonny was brilliant to work with, he made everything very easy for myself. Highly recommend. Looking forward to our 2027 trip
