What a breath of fresh air! Ash was amazing, proactively called and accommodated all asks, made sure everything is very clear. Richard was very efficient and did the job really well. I was extremely pleased with the service I received today, particularly from Lucy. The appointment process was very well organised, and the reminder messages ensured that I was fully prepared for the meeting.
Lucy was patient, supportive, and took the time to help me resolve an issue with my front and back-facing camera, which I greatly appreciated. The meeting was efficient and lasted less than 15 minutes, allowing me to attend a work conference afterwards without any disruption.

Great service
Great service! From start to finish. Team member Ash assisted me with the work to be carried out. I called yesterday late afternoon and Ash managed to book an appointment for me the following morning. There was a little hiccup on my part, but Ash was so understanding and managed to get a second conference call arranged straight away with Lucy 2nd time, who was very patient with my shortage of paper work. I was so impressed and relieved that the work was completed in such a short time before mid-day.
I like to thank the company and Ash in particular who was arranging this important work. Ash kept me updated and made sure I was able to complete the work accordingly.
I definitely recommend using Parachute Law firm.
