Not functional after a few months
I bought this chair, everything went fine, got the package, loved the chair. But after a few months the tilting function simply doesent work, i cant angle the chair anymore, if i angle it half way down, it simple cant stay there, it just folds all the way down. So it either has to stay all the way up or all the way down, kinda ruins the chairs price.

Een prachtige stoel, prijs kwaliteit verhouding ruimschoots in orde . ontzettend snelle verzending er is heel goed geacteerd op de binnenkomst van de bestelling.

I am very sorry to hear that you have been waiting that long on your package. The expected delivery time is 1-3 weekdays for shipments to Holland.
Orders placed before 16.00 on weekdays are shipped the same day, but sometimes it can happen that GLS (who is delivering your package) loses the package or they are delayed.
It may also be due to an incorrect address information or similar. We would like to contact GLS for you and sort this issue out. We might be able to figure out why it is delayed and possibly even speed up the process.

Top stoel - eenvoudige montage
Ben zeer tevreden over deze stoel. Zeker als je kijkt naar de prijs/kwaliteit is het voor mij een topper. Ondanks dat deze stoel uit Denemarken moest komen, was hij er snel.
Ook het monteren kan voor (bijna) niemand een probleem zijn. De bijbehorende montage afbeeldingen spreken voor zich.

I bought the Paracon Rogue gaming chair and I am really happy with it for now, the only problem I have is that the arm rests are too low even on the highest setting and it is not so comfortable when I play like that.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I have not received my order and my email request of an update on when my order will be delivered is being ignored. My 11 yr old had to go without his Birthday present and still doesn't know when he will get it. Very bad form.

I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience.
We were unfortunately not available yesterday, since it was a national holiday in Denmark. Usually, we are available on the phone all weekdays and reply to emails within a few hours.
I understand the issue was the delivery not making it in time. Unfortunately, we can’t speed up the delivery service. But our shipping company do their best to deliver the packages as quick as possible.
I just checked the tracking of the parcel. It looks like it was delivered yesterday. I hope everything is in order now and apologize for the delay.

The chairs are very ergonomic and might take a good session or two, to really get used to. Especially if you are not used to a chair made for usage in large stretches at the time. But I do believe that once you have tried it for a few days, you will love it.
