Quality t.shirt for a reasonable price. Slight hiccup with postal tracking, but Paradiso were brilliant with communicating with me. And my parcel came a bit later but it was a royal mail hiccup not Paradiso.

Rude Customer Service, Great tops
When my parcel arrived, 1 top was correct and the other wasn't even close to being correct. So I emailed customer service to get instructions only to receive a very short l, abrupt instruction. Wasn't very clear so I wrote back only to receive an email that said "as per my last email".
When you've messed up an order, there's absolutely no reason to rude to the customer. I was only asking for advice.
Shame that customer service is lacking when the selection of tops is so good, and I love the ones I ordered.

I purchased 2 hoodies for me and my…
I purchased 2 hoodies for me and my partner to which he didn't like so I returned it.
I packaging this within its original packaging straight away however they have sent my return back to me because it was "in poor condition" however this is false. The letter they left within the packaging was written very poorly and not customer service friendly and was stated that it wasn't within their returns guidelines, I can't find these guidelines on their website, and if this wasn't within the return guidelines tolerance, it shouldn't have been shipped in the first place as this is how it was received.
I'm very disappointed how the letter was written and the lack of communication in this matter. No email, no phone call, just a parcel left on my door step with a poorly worded return letter.

Hi, we are very sorry you were not happy with the service you received. Unfortunately upon receiving the returned item, we discovered your item to be covered in hair and animal hair. As per policy, items need to be returned in the same condition they are received in, unworn, unwashed, no human/animal hair or makeup, overall in a resell-able condition. We have the right to refuse returns for a refund/exchange if the item is returned to us in a poor condition.
All items are brand new and unworn, your item was not received to you in the condition we received back to us.
