I highly recommend the Paragon Clinic. All the staff I came into contact with were so friendly and helpful. My initial consultation was with Mr Jenyon, who would carry out the procedure. There was no pressure to commit and everything was explained fully. Mr Jenyon explained what was happening during the procedure and understood how nervous I was. If you are considering any treatment I would definitely recommend you contact this clinic.

The whole thing was very simple, I met the surgeon and had the procedure explained from start to finish, what to expect and also the problems that could occur. Had the surgery under local anesthesia so was painless and very quick. The staff were fabulous ! Receptionist, nurses and doctor were faultless. Would highly recommend.

All staff professional but friendly and welcoming which instilled confidence when undergoing procedure to correct a drooping eyelid. Excellent experience in all.

I was apprehensive at first, having experienced some eye problems with another practice a long time ago. As soon as I contacted Paragon, following Opticians referral for laser eye treatment, I knew I had made the right choice, from the moment I spoke with the receptionist on the telephone. She was very helpful & able to answer my queries. My experience on the day of my treatment with Mr Jenyon was exceptional and thank you to all members of the practice, who were outstanding.

Paragon is everything that the NHS could be and should be ... but isn't.

Both my husband and I decided to have lens replacement, so we started to look for a suitable surgeon. Once we found Paragon Clinic and Mr Jenyon, we knew immediately this was the best choice. We are now enjoying life without glasses, and the whole process from start to finish was seamless and problem free. The whole team are warm and friendly, and are always there to answer questions. Simply the best.

I have nothing but praise for this clinic which proved completely professional in resolving my cloudy first cataract operation with laser treatment followed by a successful second cataract operation.
I can not recommend this clinic highly enough for the sensitive way the entire staff resolved my problems, especially the ophthalmologist.

The process was smooth and was kept informal all the way both cataract operations were quick with mor pain felt the second time as the surgeon had to go in twice in order to remove all of the old lens.
The follow up was also smooth.

I had been considering multifocal lens replacement surgery for a few years and had previously been for a consult with a large company but still didn’t have the confidence to go ahead. I went for a free consultation at Paragon with Mr Jenyon and was able to discuss my concerns. There was no pressure and a couple of months later I phoned and booked in for the procedure. Each eye was done two weeks apart. I was always treated in a friendly and professional manner and felt safe in their hands. The procedure was quick and fairly comfortable and staff were reassuring, I was prescribed/given a mild sedative which helped. My outcome is brilliant, I am free from my contact lenses and glasses now, I only wish I had done it sooner. All my enquiries along the way were answered quickly and the after care was good. Thank you to Mr Jenyon and the team for all your help and care.

I first visited Paragon Clinic March 2023 following disappointing treatment under the NHS.
From my first visit I felt I was in the hands of a professional, caring and efficient team.
I have since had a trabeculectomy and cataract removal which were both successful.
I can only thank Mrs Ranjit and her team for the amazing care I continue to receive and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Refractive Lens Exchange with extended depth of focus lenses has given me total independence from glasses for all my normal day to day activities. Mr Jenyon took time to answer my questions, I never felt rushed or pressured and went into surgery with complete confidence. A professional, friendly and supportive environment. An upper eyelid lift was completed after consultation, something I have been wanting for years but only when I found paragon did I feel comfortable and confident to do it. The result was incredible and I get compliments! I could not recommend them all enough.
