Absolute disaster of a company to deal…
Absolute disaster of a company to deal with. Returned a parcel with QR code guy at deskshoukd have printed a return label and apparently did not. Was contacted by Chris in parcel connect looking for QR code who said he would look after it. No update on return since 8th May

Great experience
Great experience, I returned a parcel and forgot to put the returns address. Parcel connect rang me and also sent a what’s app explaining the situation and to send them the returns QR code and they would sort out the rest. Excellent customer service

I forgot to put the return slip on my parcel and parcel connect takes their time, Sent me a message via WhatsApp to send my return slip to them so they can do the necessary documentation and send it .

Parcel connect were great they contacted me as my parcel and no label to get the qr code as the shop has not originally asked for it. They contacted me via WhatsApp to process the order. Great service.
