Total Rubbish, do not deliver what they promise and then say read the small print! Promise next day delivery but then say that this is not guaranteed. Say drop off before 12 and they will collect and... Ver mais

Never again

Shipped through Parcel to go with next day delivery. Upgraded to Royal mail and they have not delivered next day. There is no way to complain to them or find out why its not been delivered.

Fail Evri time

I shipped with these clowns three times and each time the package was undelivered.

I shipped a 1kg parcel in August to Italy - "6-9" days. I need to exchange a pair of shoes within 14 days. 1kg was £8 and I paid £6.49 insurance.

Parcel arrived 23 days later - 14 days late with E60 surcharge so we shipped it back. Almost 6 months later it turned up, damaged.

I took them to court and they lied - they said I had paid £6.49 for £20 standard protection. And offered a poxy compensation.

Disrespectful to customEr

On my front door is a notice that asks couriers not to leave unattended on my doorstep , it is not a request but an instruction . There is also a notice to ring the doorbell which the courier failed to do. I have not left the property since Christmas Eve .i do not appreciate my parcels been dumped on the doorstep, it is clear that the courier has never suffered a personal loss due to theft, if they had they would take greater care with other peoples property.

AVOID

I shipped 7 parcels with Evri international which was dealt with by Parcelstogo. These were sent in August and 3 months later I have continued to have problems with them after 2 parcels went missing and 1 parcel was returned back to me.
Due to the items being personal belongings as I am relocating to the US, I had no receipts/evidence of cost. I then provided them the information they asked for of equivalent items and still was only given the bare minimum in compensation.
Do not use either companies; Evri or Parcelstogo, they are scam artists and will continue to lead you along and make you tired and frustrated of dealing with them. I had all intentions of taking them to small claims courts but with me moving, it just wasn't possible.
If you want to keep your items/belongings and sanity then please avoid.

Parcel sent Feb 5th 24hr delivery via Royal Mail collection from home. Very large parcel (78cm across)
Did not receive confirmation of collection, on tracking it is has not been updated from collection. Only have any tracking details as luckily filled my email address in as recipient as did not have recipients email.
Opened enquiry, spoke to online assistant and sent email. NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER except just leave it a couple of days from online assistant and a photo of someone else's missing parcel they thought might be ours, proving another error!
Now their online assistants automatically end chat before it starts as they obviously cannot deal with this issue.
DO NOT RISK THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR VALUABLES !!!

Used the parcel to go web site and fell foul of Fedex.

Delivered 5 parcels to local agent Morrisons) who advised they have issues with Fedex collections as the drivers rarely collect but always delivers daily.
Waited 2 days for collection rang Fedex and they were totaly uniterested! they say go to PTG (phone down), PTG say (go to Fedex) BEWARE IF USING MAIN LINE PROVIDER Fedex VIA PTG, IT IS AT RISK 2 days becomes 4 and No one gives a $it

Put your parcel into a bottle and throw it in into the sea it’s more likely to get there

One star is far too much. Have just sued this scam of a company in the small claims for non delivery of a parcel and won, plus all court fees. They are completely without conscience and morals. It is sad for our country that this type of outfit is allowed to continue trading.
I would really like to know where all our parcels end up when they are not delivered and why so many ‘go missing’.

Be very careful when considering using…

Be very careful when considering using Parcels To Go!! I posted five packages with these and after delivery they claimed additional costs for three of the these. The reasons they originally gave were that that the items were not boxed, and oversized, I had photo evidence showing this clearly was not the case, so challenged the charges. PTG then came back with a response that I had used too much tape, I asked them to send me all the evidence they had but they could not provide this. I paid the charges as I do not want anything this trivial to affect my credit score. I would advise all potential customers to do a quick internet search of PTG issues and it seems I am one of many this company have tried this with.

Impossible collection

Parcels to go was booked to collect a parcel
Early November they said Evri would collect my parcel after two weeks and no collection every day I was sent messages that it would be collected each day and not one happened soparcels to go changed it to parcel force and again nearly two weeks nothing has happened I have now had an email to say if the parcel is not received by the 10th I will run out of time to return the parcel how bad can these companies get without anybody doing anything

Don't use Parcels2go 4 months PARCEL LOST

Clearly I did not check Trust Pilot before using this company. Its been over 4 months to send a small A4 size parcel to the Philippines and it still has not arrived. My expectations was days not weeks/months. There tracking system is useless support cannot say where the parcel is. The system customers use does not clearly state where it is .. RUBBISH DONT USE THEM
Parcel send 7th July I put a claim in Aug believing that they had lost as they could not say where it was. August 28th that rejected the claim as they said it was delivered to a Post Office in a city in Cebu Philippines on the 10th of August.... That city is 46 miles away from the delivery address the they signed up to. Sept the parcel still has not be delivered. Next the small claims court and Trading standards
I continued to chase this up and they never got back to me. Just checked on their system and it says it has been delivered. IT has NOT. Also too late to claim which would be the second time that I have made a claim but the first was rejected. ITS A SCAM They have updated the status manually to close the delivery. Oct 6th and the parcel still has not been delivered and I cannot get any response from this company. Group Finance Director is Eva Whiteside but I am unable to email her at Parcels2go. Does anyone have her contact details.

UPDATE Nov27 2023 It goes on and on Unable to contact and of the snr managers ( blocked my emails) great!! eventually I managed to get hold of a customer rep who re opened my claim.....Eventually they confirmed the parcel was lost... Had to send the receipts for the lost goods £17.41 I stated the package a value of £35 as I also included printed material that I had produced and paid the extra insurance NOW this wonderful company is giving me offers starting at £10.00!! rejected twice now its up to £12.63 and doesn't look like its going to move...Ill reject it again and see what happens . Don't use this company go direct to Royal Mail parcels, they cannot be worse..THEY EVEN CHEAPSCATED ON THE INSURANCE (SELF INSURED) DIDNT REFUND FOR THE COST OF DELIVERY OF THE GOODS I BOUGHT OR THE USE OF A CREDIT NOTE THAT I USED .,,

1 star is far more than this company deserve I sent a parcel on 10th April to USA after several messages telling me that it was in transit the courier confirmed it had lost my parcel .I had taken out insurance to cover parcel .Parcel 2 Go have repeatedly asked me to email them order number proof of purchase proof of non arrival all of which I have done .how on earth can they ask for proof of non arrival of a parcel they have lost .it just about sums up the lack of professionalism ,lack of customer service and I will never use them again waiting for my refund

Dispatched a small parcel t shirt to…

Dispatched a small parcel t shirt to chille for a friend and accepted the cost of 30 pounds. Suddenly my friend received a bill for extra costs of some 80 pounds and refused to pay for an item of the same cost ..they then said they would return the item and bill me 133 pounds for the cost ..what a joke
The item apparently will now be destroyed by Parcel2Go.com..and lost 30 pounds..

Don't use under any circumstances.

Dreadful experience. Paid for extras, didn't matter no collection made.
Used this firm to return a large item. Everything straight forward until they were due to collect item. A 12 hour window was given re: collection time. We ensured that throughout all the time someone was in and alert to any caller.
Not only do this firm not turn up you can't speak to anybody to explain situation. Website useless, in fact everything about this company is dreadful. Should not be allowed to trade as they are not fit for purpose.

They lost my parcel it was only going…

They lost my parcel it was only going 30 mails from Manchester-Blackpool. They manage to get this parcel lost on this short trip they admit picking it up and then nothing. This was a wooden sign in a large box, I thought it was impossible to get it lost or damage it. They proved me wrong.

Rubbish delivery service

The company has not delivered my parcel in nearly 2 months have past, they lost it, then said they will compensate in two weeks 4 weeks has past no joy, the item was insured, they promised to pay but did not materialised, still no words as to what they want to do. Do not use this company at all, they may give you a cheap quotation, but will not deliver. They business model and customer service is rubbish. Do not waste your time with them,

Surcharges Something to make you worry about this company,they will make you order for cheaper and then surcharges you lately mean you will pay double price higher higher higher , now searching for better servic with different company. By the way my account manager never stand for help he/she, so it’s the time to share my experiences so maybe they will change for good.small business needs reliable delivery service not Surcharges from Parceltogo. Hermes had to change for new name over the bad feedback and I think parceltogo on the way to do the same , good luck by the way.

customer service non existent

After waiting the 81/2 hour window for picking up my parcel I rang to say it hadn't been collected that was at 5.30pm the time is now 9.30pm after being reassured it would be collected this evening guess what I'm still waiting 12and a half hour window is beyond anyones expectations poor customer service what happens now I've missed my collection day????

Absolutely Awful. Impossible to contact. When you do manage to contact them they are unable to stop lying. When I make any purchases I now ask the supplier not to use their services.

Sent parcel to Spain last year..didn't arrive until weeks after date and only after l kept chasing it up..same this year more fool me for trusting them...they know about custums so they should have it sorted..can't ring them you send complaint no one does anything don't use them ..my parcel will not get to its destination for Xmas or ever by looks lm so angry
