We bought a supply of adult diapers so that we would not run out. Unfortunately we no longer need them but we are told by your website that we can not return them. I guess we will donate them.

Every time I need to reorder, the order comes within a day or two. Service has been excellent and the products I need to care for my Mom are of high quality.

Even though nothing available, customer service was terrific.
Representative was kind, empathetic and tried to help.

These were recommended after our normal item suddenly went out of stock with no notice, because they were changing warehouses. First, they are quite a bit more expensive and there are fewer diapers in the package. They are no more absorbent than the Dry Direct Overnight, even though I was told otherwise. Second, they fit much lower in the front than the dry direct. It's a strange fit, and if I weren't forced to buy these because they didn't give notice that the others were out of stock, I certainly wouldn't buy them again.
