Adult nebuliser mask
Needed another mask for my nebuliser. Looked online and Nebicorum was genuine, the price was excellent. Easy to order and pay for; plus if you join their club you won't have to pay for postage in the future! Arrived a few days later with the postman. Thank you.

Good service and price for replacement nebuliser items
There are 7 parts to my nebulising mouthpiece and chamber, all of which are essential, and I left one part behind in a hotel after an overnight stay. Nebicorum delivered a replacement to me in Scotland 24 hours after I ordered it. Price was competitive too. Much appreciated.

The sales process was smooth and trouble-free. I say this about other companies too, so this isn't personal, I just wish someone would follow up and ask "was everything ok, any issues, let us know. Thanks for choosing us..." or whatever. That's the only thing missing: feedback gathering and customer satisfaction from the shop floor.

Sorry to hear that your delivery didn't arrive in time. As you placed the order after midday on the Monday, it was shipped on the Tuesday as per our Shipping Policy. Unfortunately the courier did not deliver on Wednesday as they should have done. We are really sorry that this happened and will refund your delivery charge straight away.
