I bought a dress which came quickly. Communication was great.

Extremely small fitting, ordered a medium and large, I normally wear 10/12 and couldn’t get either dress on at all

This is true to size, stretchy and comfortable. However I’ve only worn it once and see that the seam has come away which is really disappointing.

Parisian responded to me immediately and dealt with this in a professional and swift manner so I’m amending to 5 stars. Impressed by the service.

I am 5'5 and 140lbs and the large was perfect. I am normally a sm or med but I sized up because the sweater is cropped and I carry my weight in my stomach. Impressed with the quality! I did feel the shipping fee was a few dollars high. Also, I didn't receive my 1st purchase discount and no response from customer service.*They have since reached out to me with the above mentioned discount in a prompted response. Thanks for making it right!

Loved the dress, beautiful quality perfect size. It did came will a tiny whole in it when I iron it, but after taken the discount etc off it, it was still worth it. Good quality fits like a glove. Will purchase of the website again.

My order came in a timely manner which is great, but a blazer I ordered hasn't come through. Tried contacting the company and no reply so I lost my money and haven't had stuff delivered. Inexistent customer service 😏

Ordered a size 12 as that what I am and it was too small

After my recent review about how unhappy I was with my foul smelling dress and poor customer service, Parisian conveniently got back to me.

The outcome was that I was to be refunded my money for the dress and offered 50% discount. I have now received my refund and code without any problems.

I was asked to change my review of Parisian. I agreed to update my review once the refund was in my account. I think I have been contacted 3 times to change my review since. I would say it was ironic to be contacted so often after hearing nothing until my poor review was given however here it is updated. I can’t fully give 5 star review given all the hassle and the point of contact only happened after a poor review.

However I will review again when I choose to use my 50% off discount code and see if the service is better.

Love love love will be ordering again, true to size and so happy the quality 💕
