I was surprised by my experience with your service. It turned out that I couldn’t refund/exchange my purchase from outside the EU, even though when you see the site, it mentions that i can. How am i supposed to know that i couldn’t outside EU??? There was no clear indication of this restriction—only after navigating through several pages and reaching the end of your return policy did I find that returns aren’t possible from outside the EU, and after it was too late.
I frequently shop from EU-based websites and have never encountered this issue before. In most cases, other retailers allow returns with the customer covering DHL fees, but Paris Lunetier didn’t even offer this option. Overall, this was disappointing and unexpected.

According to European Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal only applies to customers residing within the European Union.
For any order placed outside the EU, it is therefore clearly specified that all sales are final.
We ship many international orders every week without any issues. The vast majority of our customers take the time to read the conditions — which is only logical.

Defective lenses, will not accept return
I ordered a pair of Oliver Clifton Sunglasses from Paris Lunetier. I paid shipping and the duties (they were shipped to the US). They were shipped within 2 weeks and arrived a few days after. I realized that something was wrong as soon as I put the sunglasses on but the polarization of the lenses are oriented at a 90 degree from each other. So the glare is eliminated from one eye but not the other. If you are looking at a polarized screen, one eye can see and the other is blocked. I brought this up to their returns dept and they had denied the return due the shipping being out of the EU. However these sunglasses have a manufacturing defect and they are not wearable with the current lenses. In both of their denials, they said that the "order was compliant" and "no defect was found" and "everything is in perfect condition", which is frustrating because I have pictures and videos of the issue that directly contradict their statements. I'm dissappointed by the experience and frustrated that I received a defective product and feel that they are not offering any support. I would caution buyers outside of the EU because in the chance that you receive a defective product, you are stuck with it.
I'd like the ability to post and show Paris Lunetier the product they sent outside of a review format, but I'm unaware of a mechanism for this.
Update:
I just wanted to respond to the comment that "just because I'm not satisified with the product does not mean it's defective" and that there were strict quality checks that found no faults with the product I received. I do not know how to this with the glasses I've received. The polarization angles of the lense are directly opposed; while wearing them to write this review on an LCD screen, my left eye can read while my right eye is blind. This is clear as day in the pictures and videos I've sent to customer support (still no answer there). I'd love to be able to upload them here. I can understand how it can be missed in a quality control, but I don't think it's particularly truthful to say that there are no faults with the sunglasses.

All of our eyewear comes directly from the official suppliers, in its original packaging with barcodes and authenticity numbers. Your order was specially placed for you with the manufacturer, and the product was delivered new and authentic.
Regarding returns, as clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions — which you accepted at the time of purchase — orders shipped outside the European Union cannot be returned. This policy is standard and transparent on our website.
We understand that you may not be satisfied with the product, but this does not mean that the item is defective. Each pair undergoes strict quality checks before being shipped, and we did not find any fault with the sunglasses you received.
We remain committed to offering only authentic and compliant products and always aim to provide clear information to our customers.
