I say it was good. I saw cameras so I felt like if I left my car there and anything happen they would help me. It was cheap to park so I was happy about that and it gave options on how long I was gonna be there. Only problem was there only one entrance and exit so when we got blocked in we had to find another way out from a ally.

The sign outside of the lot said $8.00. I was charged $12.99. I responded to a text that was sent, but I did not get a response back. I will not use this service unless I get a response to this review.

The sign by the parking lot said the daily rate was $8 but I was charged $12 plus the $.99 processing fee (Total $12.99). There was no way that I could see to address this situation better. It took too much time by that time I was running late. I will avoid this parking option in the future if possible.

Signs showed the cost to be $5 for the lot and was charged almost $13 instead. The parking information wasn’t clear.

We parked on the street which happened to be right by a parking lot. It was $8.99 to park in the parking spot on the street for one and 1/2 hour which made us think that we had paid for parking in the lot and not on the street. It was confusing to us.

The app didn't work, the website didn't work, the machine in the parking lot was out of paper and therefore didn't work. I was only able to finally for my parking at 943 am. My guess is the app and website had too many people trying to access at 8 am. BTW. I came put to a parking violation. I have sent all my information to the Ohio Attorney General. I believe they are trying to rip people off. 4 other people in the parking lot had the same problem at the same time.

Paid for parking (8hrs) at 9am. Received a $50 parking ticket at 1230pm. The attendant could explain why and told me to dispute it.

It was easy to use both in parking and the payment application.

You should have paper for a receipt so it doesn’t have to be done online. Very very hard for seniors

I parked. Paid a few dollars. Car wasn’t stolen or towed. Success!

The lot at the corner of state and 4th in downtown Columbus falsely advertises $8 a day and parking.com charges $12.99 no matter how many hours you put in for the day.

So the sign said $8 for whole day I was charged $12 by using the website
