Im so happy that, there was a parking lot available to park.It was fast and easy and plenty of spaces, and not pricey at all,

Was ticketed in the middle of the hour I paid for and was called 3 separate times after I filled out the dispute form because I must be in the wrong. No way would you ticket someone who paid for parking. Even after you had my receipts, license plate photos, and and ticket number.

I dislike the payment process. Why don’t you have QR code?

I don’t like that you have to prepay for hours that you don’t know how long you will be there. Luckily the price isn’t much so you can always put in more than you think you will need.

On Tuesday, December 5, around 9 am, I tried to use the app to pay for parking in downtown Jackson near city hall. The app did not work. I tried several times. The app kept return error.

I was literally walking up to my vehicle when the parking police wrote me a parking ticket. Also about 80% of the parking lot is taking up by City of Jackson vehicles. I will never use the lot again

App would not let me make a payment and I was given a ticket.

While standing with the attendant and learning how to work the app, I mis entered my license plate by one digit... Just one. Came back to my car to a ticket. I called immediately. They had my payment up on the screen, seeing that I mis typed my plate number, but told me there was nothing they could do. I was going to have to pay the ticket. Really really poor customer service.

1st time doing it with app. I accidentally got more then I needed. I was there for only 5hours. I think I paid for the whole day. I like the machine that was on the lot. I was able to understand that one better.

It was fairly easy to use. My only concern was having to use my credit card out in the open which meant I was not able to be aware of my surroundings in an unsafe area.
