Horrible experience with this vendor! Prepaid for a parking location for a big concert event, and the first issue was that the website said it was only a 5 minute walk to the venue (which is why I booked it in the first place). It turned out to be a 45 minute walk, each way. Second issue was that when we arrived, there were no spots available so we had to sit and wait in the car until someone left. What’s the point of prepaying for a parking spot if they don’t ensure there is a spot for you on that date and time? I feel very deceived by this vendor/website.

🙂 Didn't see a sign about how to pay before entering parking lot. Maybe it was there, but didn't notice it.

App did not let me go back to review and change time before finalizing payment. This should absolutely be possible. I mistakenly chose 2 days instead of 2 hours, so a $5 parking fee ended up at $30. Not happy.

Very user friendly service

What a pain in the butt. It took me most of the walk from the garage to the hotel just to pay for the spot I was going to be in for a few minutes since the pay station did not work. What was so wrong with a freaking quarter in the meter?

Paid via my phone at the entrance to the parking structure.... The lot was completely full and no one there to let people know it. Complete rip off.

The parking was fine, but nobody has responded to my two emails in the past two weeks.

We got a parking ticket even though we used your service.

The app was a little confusing. I ended up getting one $20 charge and one $5 charge. I parked there for 1.5 hours 😔

Enough parking for the hotel and around there

I paid for parking and made an honest mistake and selected the wrong amount of time for parking and paid way more than I should have. There’s no way to contact anyone besides an email and I sent an email and am still waiting for a response from someone.

Ease of payment and so close to the hotel. Convenience!

I paid for a day of parking and there was no spot available when I returned. No answer to my call when we were without a spot. Not a happy camper. Won't use the service again.

I paid for two days of parking in the covered garage. There was one spot left. The next day it was full and I had to park a block away in an uncovered lot. Lugging suitcases through a blizzard was great. Not.

I prebooked my parking and when I got there, there were no spots available. My reservation states no refunds are given. Waste of $15
