From out of town, now a Nashville resident. Have parked there 3-4 times now. 1st day was to interview with employers downtown. Someone on the phone put me in a wrong area and when I went to leave, the gentleman was extremely rude and upset. 2nd sucked because no one is directing traffic and with 2nd street closed and 3rd street about to close, it’s a nightmare to get home after working 14 hours! Traffic shouldn’t be allowed on Commerce from 3rd-2nd, unless for ramp parking only. All the u-turns made by tourists make it so difficult. 3rd night was so exhausted and dehydrated, forgot where I parked, eventually got to gate and forgot to put in my parking code from Brugada Kitchen and had to pay full price. I asked for a refund but no. Also that terrible note of a violation about backing in. I was within the yellow lines; but wishing parking guests to have their transmission break down on the way home is the rudest thing I’ve ever seen. Actually considering quitting my job because of this parking ramp.

Parking was close to the venue. The gate automatically opened without having to scan anything which was really cool and easy. However… we got to the garage at 11:30 and didn’t get out until 2:45 am. It was at a dead stop. It was miserable being stuck that long.

The parking garage charged me and I haven’t left the parking garage yet. I have a validation code to get discounted parking because I work downtown but it charged me full price. Now I’m gonna have to figure out how to find an attendant when I get off work to get out of the parking garage because the gate will not open.

Parking was so easy since we did it ahead in time with the app. Quick and convenient.

Convenient location. They are overcharging the citizens with this parking. The parking spaces in the garage is small, even the lanes passing by to park is tiny, cars too close together, you could easily hit someone’s car, vice versa. It’s 2024 we should have a parking garage that’s technical, like in China. Especially, With all the money being made through/in Nashville for infrastructure. You might as well Park elsewhere for free and walk.

Pretty good scam do that 10 times a day an extra $80 in your pocket for nothing

Being able to pay for parking online is such a big help. The process is simple and gets us moving on to our plans with peace of mind.

Easy parking experience. Ticket in my Apple wallet and everything flowed well and was intuitive.

I think the instructions aren’t clear and it’s very confusing and costly. A rip off for sure

great service at the Nashville location

This was so easy. I purchased the parking online the night prior. When we arrived, the posted rate was 2 1/2 times more than I paid. I drove right in without even having to scan the code. Apparently, the equipment was able to read the plate and addressed me by name. Totally recommend!

Went to park in one of their garages, after scanning the QR code to pay, it showed I had a negative balance (I had never parked at any of their garages/lots before.) after I emailed them to resolve the matter, they instructed me “I had parked somewhere at an earlier date” (I hadn’t) and would have to pay my outstanding $70 or w/e.

It was alright parking. It’s close by to the places my friend and I wanted to see. I would park in the parking garage again.
