Mande mi reclamo por correo con pruebas y jamás me respondieron, al punto que mi acompañante para evitar recargo pago el ticket, pero hoy voy a la oficina a pedir una explicación de lo sucedido y el reembolso de lo pagado

We paid $12 to park for 3 hours and needed to extend it for 1additional hour. It charged us $12 for the additional hour. What a rip off.

Easy app access and the parking lot was safe and clean.

We legitimately got robbed. Came back after 2 days to our car that we locked and one of the doors was ajar and several electronics and a carjack were missing

Use of the web site was very easy for a first-time user.

I paid for 3 hours ($12.35), started an account. I got an alert that my 3 hours was coming up, so I added another hour. I was charged the full amount again, $12.35. So an extra hour costs the same amount as the previous 3. Four hours is $24.70??? Please tell me this was a mistake and you’re refunding the $12.35 minus 1 hour extension.

$12 for two hours in an empty lot. That sucked

The spots were on the smaller side and the lot had a lot of trash in it. Otherwise, it was fine and easy to get in/out of and pay

I used the texting option to pay and was pleased by how easy it was.

Kiosk at location did not work properly. Waited for 15 minutes to make sure Kiosk applied payment and never did. Was able to use website. Should have been signs posted Kiosk was not working, or have a number to call for assistance.

Easy to use! No waiting in line.
