Absolute awful
Absolute awful, don’t let be scammed, those guys are a joke. We have books parking with swift for Stansted’s airport beginning of April
Upon return, when we called to inform we have collected our luggage, guy said we need to get taxi to come to the yard to get our car as he has no driver… and he terminated the call… we tried to call back about 90 times, at least to get some details where the yard is… no luck. We had to get taxi back home, and luckily taxi driver have said that on the day he had drop about 20 people to swift parking yard with same issue… we were with kids so we got first back home and than I had to go back to the yard to collect my car… what I found there was just scary… about 10 other people grouped and waiting , as they did say theirs cars are just not there… owner of the yard have told them to go to the pod and search for their car keys.. if they lucky and find one just get the car… the canteen was open with about box of 30-40 keys inside…. Shocking… don’t book with any parking like this. We got our lesson, and will never do it again

AVOID AT ALL COST - SCAM
I would rate it 0 stars if I could. AVOID this company at all cost.
Drop off at Stansted was ok. HOWEVER On return when we rang we were told it would be at least 45 minutes for the car to arrive, we rang again after an hour, the same guy answered and then said he doesn't recognise the number plate and hung up.
Rang back with other phone to be told they're checking on the car. All in all it took nearly 1.5 hours for the car to be returned, absolutely filthy on the outside, looking like it was parked in a muddy field.
We questioned the man on the phone which company he works for and he said it's A1 Airport Parking.
If you google the reviews it's always the same story, they're an absolute scam of a company
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, it's a massive hassle and not worth the money - especially as they also make you pay 13£twice for the airport charge.

The meet and greet was not good
The meet and greet was not good. There was a 30 minute wait while dropping the car despite calling an hour ahead. Same thing happened on the way back and there were three other people waiting with similar stories. Everytime the number was called, we were told that the car left 10 minutes ago and this happened at least 3 times. When complained, the person on the phone was extremely rude and obnoxious. Avoid this like a plague!

When we arrived back at Stanstead Airport from our holiday with our four year old Parking4you
“Meet & Greet" chap told me I had an hour and half wait?
But they knew of my landing time.
I asked if I could get a taxi and collect. THE REPRESENTATIVE HUNG UP THE CALL AND BARRED MY NUMBER?!!
I approached Stanstead Airport customer experience they attempted to make contact. They said they had a lot of customers complaining the day before regards this company. Lots of people standing around not knowing what to do.
The terminal taxi company seemed to know the location where my car may be. Due to problems the previous day
I attempted to use the landline I found for the co, representative called Adam on 01293 974050 didn't care at all he was totally unhelpful and just told me I would get a call back on a number of time but didn’t call back
He even gave me a DUD number to call 07517284365
He gave the same number to Stanstead Customer Experience, so it was deliberate
With no alternative after another 30 minutes no calls no support from the company I seeked advice from the POLICE
I received a call from a withheld number the driver said he was now on his way!? I ran back to the terminal
After 30 minutes i found my car DUMPED !! in a disabled space WITH THE KEY LEFT ON A WHEEL!!
TOTAL UNEXCEPTABLE!!
There was roughly ten people together all waiting for their cars in the car park from Parking4you ......
Any parking tickets I will look to send them to the company as I cannot be held responsible

Booked meet and greet service- it was horrible experience.we had to pay £10 exit fee.if i knew this,we would never booked that car park.why we need to pay additional £10 while It was not mentioned when we booked the parking.Also i took picture for my milage before i left my car.when i was back,i was surprised that someone drove my car for 10 miles. Horrible service.i always park my car at various airport car park but never experienced this service.

Do not state that they charge extra until you get your booking confirmation email and by then they’ve whacked in an extra £16-32. Try and get a refund if you’re lucky enough to have ticked insurance and they will shortchange you for their incorrect advertising.
Don’t use this company! The terms don’t even state the extra charges, cheaper to pay for direct parking at the airport and direct access to the terminal than messing about getting dropped off.
I am absolutely disgusted
I am absolutely disgusted! I arrived home and back to my car last night to discover the window smashed and glass everywhere inside my car, i could not see the full extent of the damage as it was late and my children were upset and scared! The company did not even contact me to tell me my car had been damaged on site, i just arrived back to my car to find it this way and no help/information whatsoever!

Parking fine albeit a bit confusing. You park where ever you want then there's a little desk in the corner of the car park level 3, so really windy, to hand in your keys. All really quick and easy. Collection the same. Found out there was a £10 fee to get out the car park which I'm certain wasn't mentioned when booking, only when I recieved the booking confirmation email.
Never again…
Had to call to confirm my booking had gone through. Sat nav sent us to the wrong place with the postcode provided. Had to ask for proof of booking because a random man in car park with no ID wanted to take my keys. The car drop off on return was meant to be 30 mins from the call but was over an hour and twenty mins with no seating around drop off area. Never again. Easier to park myself.
Don’t book
Don’t book! We waited 2h to get our car back after we have called them and waited at the car park as instructed. They did not pick up the phone and did not even apologise for the massive delay.

We booked 3 weeks parking and we're…
We booked 3 weeks parking and were happy with the price around £110. However, our return flight was cancelled by the airline and rebook meaning we arrived back around 11 hours later than planned. Knowing this would be the case, we rang the company from our holiday to explain this and we were told this wasn't a problem as it was still within the same day and there would be no charge.
HOWEVER.. when we arrived at Heathrow and called them we were told it would be a charge of £25 as we were late back!! I explained what we had been told the day before but they just quoted the terms and conditions at us. I would suggest that all staff are made aware of this as it was the last thing you need after travelling for 24 hours! Unfortunately wr failed to get the name of the person who told us it would be ok over the phone, so beware, if you use this company, read the small print and if you do call rhem to make changes either record the call ir ask for clarification in an email and take a name.

My experience with parking4you has been extremely concerning. I left my vehicle in your care with the expectation that it would be parked safely and not used. However, I have strong reason to believe that my car was driven without my authorisation while it was under your control.
This is a serious breach of trust. Customers hand over their vehicles expecting a secure and professional service — not for them to be used without permission.
I am formally asking for a full explanation, including:
• Why my vehicle appears to have been used
• What investigation has been carried out
• What safeguards you have in place to prevent unauthorised use of customers’ vehicles
This situation has caused me stress and concern, and it is not something I would expect from any reputable company.
Until this matter is properly explained and resolved, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this service.

Key left on wheel with no instructions on arrival . Someone from another company suggested I look there as no one would pick up call.
Terrible service - 2 emails complaining since and nothing back.
