Very disappointing service.

Very disappointing service.

We paid extra for a meet and greet, but it was anything but that. After landing, we were told it would take 1 hour for our car to be delivered. We waited at the airport with our young children, only to be told after an hour that it would be another 45 minutes.

Eventually, my husband had to go with their driver to collect the car himself and then return to pick up the family — completely defeating the purpose of a meet and greet service.

To make matters worse, weeks later we received a parking fine dated while we were abroad, meaning our car was being used without our knowledge or permission. We were never informed that our car would be driven while we were away.

Misleading service, poor communication, and very stressful after a long journey. Would not recommend.

If you want car parking tickets then look no further

This company parked my car in a hotel car park and I received two car parking tickets for the time I was away.
When I was waiting in the drop off area the driver pulled in looking like he was heading into a F1 pitstop.
I sent an email fully explaining the situation and received little to no response
When I tried to talk to them about it they are very vague and dismissive.
I would absolutely never use these again. Stay well clear

I have now received two parking demands…

I have now received two parking demands after using this company. They left my car parked on double yellow lines at the beginning and the end of my holiday, costing me £200 in fines.
Do not use this company!!

Avoid

Avoid - Meet & Greet at Luton airport was very poor.
I followed the instruction by calling 30 mins before drop off, but when I arrived it took 20 mins to be 'greeted'. Luckily despite the 10 mins rule I seem to have only ben charged £7 for the drop off.
On my return I had to wait 1 hour 20 mins for the car to the dropped off. 3 phone call saying 'only 10 min'
Will not be using again.

I will not treat this service as meet and greet. instead we could park in jet parks, so reliable buses will be there on time and you will be assured.

Horrible, 1h20 de espera!!

Todo fatal, comunicación pésima, una odisea contactar con ellos.. tienes que insistir para que te cojan el teléfono y el WhatsApp no responden.. Lo peor fue a la hora de la recogida, llegamos a las 00:00 y nos dicen que tardarán 30-40min (lo máximo que garantizan que pueden tardar), pero no apareció nadie hasta 1:20h de la mañana.. estuvimos 1h20 min esperando con tres niños en pleno invierno!! Su excusa fue decir que un compañero tuvo un accidente con un coche por ir rápido, osea mejor que ni lo digan.. porque aún tuvimos suerte que no estrellaran nuestro coche... Nada recomendable!!
Actualizo: Cómo no me deja responder a la respuesta del parking4you, indico aquí número de reserva: 5D8D7NB (martes 30/12 - sábado 3/01) y aclaro que aunque por aquí hagan creer que se interesan, no es así.. antes de publicar esta reseña les escribí por correo electrónico y nunca tuve respuesta por su parte

DO NOT USE

We arrived at the airport after calling them 30 mins prior to then have to wait a further 30 mins for them to turn up. On arrival back to collect the car, it was a nightmare. They had the arrival time on the original booking, however, when we called another 30 mins prior to passport control, we were told it would be about 1 hour - THIS IS NOT STATED ON ANY BOOKING CONFIRMATION. The man at the control centre was extremely rude and slammed the phone down on me. He told me it stated the 1 hr on my confirmation email - IT DID NOT I emailed the complaint about the rudeness of staff on the phone to receive an email of 5 pages of terms and conditions and no response to their staff conduct. In addition, check your mileage. For a car park thats approximately 5 miles away - my mileage went up 17 miles. NEVER USE THEM.

Awful experience

We were booked into a car park that was land taken from an old farm. It was a mass muddy mess. The Road leading down to it was not suitable for most road cars, not a road at all! (Especially for those of you with sport cars or low body kit..i would not advise it) we didnt have a car like that just a estate car and we had a terrible job getting to it..massive pot holes and muddy lumps and bumps everywhere. To top it off finding it was horrendous, no signs what so ever. You think you are driving into a field at the end of a dirt track. No help to find it. Due to this we ran really late and missed our slot on the transfer.
Then, once they take you to the airport, they drop you a mile from the terminal, and the same to pick you up!
Will never do again!

Dreadful meet and greet tonight

Dreadful meet and greet tonight . I waited 1 hr 15 mins in the freezing weather tonight for my car . Called twice to be told they’re enroute /8 minutes away ! I thought my car would never come ! It was so cold waiting !
When my car arrived I asked the driver to pay my exit fee . He didn’t understand me and I had to ask for an apology . I frequently use meet and greet for convenience but never again with this company

a Little hard to find the parking area

a Little hard to find the parking area. The pickup driver drove dangerously fast and threw me around on the back seat. Did wonders for my bad back! He stood up my case, which slammed to the ground with his erratic driving! Thank goodness there was nothing breakable!
All in all, not recommended.

Had to request alternative drop off time due to being hospitalised (having paid cancellation fee). They weren't interested. Very unhelpful and unreasonable.
Booking with them is a gamble!

I booked a Meet & Greet parking service…

I booked a Meet & Greet parking service for Manchester Airport through Parking4You (parking4you.co.uk). The booking confirmation stated that the service was provided by Secure Airport Transfer Limited (website: manchesterairportspaces.co.uk).

I was instructed to call 30 minutes before arrival. On 18 December at approximately 5:30 pm, while driving on the motorway in heavy traffic, I called and provided my full name, vehicle registration number, and the booked pickup time.

The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and repeatedly used offensive and abusive language. He demanded the booking reference number. I explained that I was driving and could not safely stop to check it, and asked him politely not to swear. He continued swearing and refused to help, despite already having my name, car details, and pickup time.

When I called again, he confirmed that I had spoken to him before, stated that he was the owner of the company, said he had “thousands of customers to deal with” and did not want customers like me. He then cancelled my booking, refused to send a driver, and ended the call.

This left me under severe stress close to my flight time, with no clear parking solution. I found this behaviour completely unprofessional, unsafe, and unacceptable.

I have given one star only because there is no option to give zero or negative stars. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when booking airport Meet & Greet services through third-party websites.

Never again Parking4you

No information about extra 10+10£ before book on. You can read about this when you recieve email with confirmation (its cheating for me!!) Waiting almost 1,5h to collect car after arriving

Airport parking

It was all ok on leaving but on arrival back to uk they took too long in bring back the car because our flight was early then what I’d put on booking form. Also they didn’t say that there would be a parking charge when they bring your car back to you, we had to pay £6 just for them bringing our car back to us. They should have mentioned this on booking.

Terrible parking

Terrible parking. We called the number given to advise we were due to arrive as confirmation email advised. No one answered, couldn’t find any entrance to the location, used postcode & link for maps etc. Still no one had returned missed call…ended up parking on airport mid stay costing us £90.
