Booked for my car to be delivered at 230am, followed instructions to call when in baggage hall. No answer, took numerous calls before an answer and was told they were busy and had to wait 30-40 mins. I told them no, I had kids and a drive home, I had booked a time and they needed to be there. There were a number of other people in the same situation, one lady had been trying to call for 45 mins. Not acceptable service. If they haven't got the staff to handle the rush, dont offer the service.

I travelled to Austria to visit my daughter who has severe mental health issues which I do each month , on this occasion I decided to use parking buddy meet and great , left my Car with the driver who incidentally was the driver that dropped it off and when I returned home I looked in my glove compartment and a gift from my wife which was a bottle of aftershave had been stolen to the value of £230 , some may I was silly for leaving it my glove compartment but it’s not the point . My wife saved to purchase this for our 20th anniversary and it was put in there for safe keeping ,then when I’ve stated it’s the principle I was told to get a lawyer and he put the phone down . I tried to return the call and I have now contacted the police . I strongly recommend against using this company.

Have used Parking Buddy before and were very good so decided to book through them for our recent trip from Heathrow T5. Did a bit of research via Trust Pilot on the companies displayed and chose Triangle Parking as they have a v good rating. Not surprised as they were fabulous! They called to check our arrival time, were waiting and v professional and pleasant. Again rang me as we were getting off the plane and again were waiting at the meeting place with a lovely clean car. A really brilliant experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you

Read the small print. The meet and greet is not from the pick up point by the airport like most companies but from the mid stay car park which is a fair 20 minute walk away and not great when it’s raining and you’re carting suitcases etc.
The return pickup is stated as being from the short stay car park, but isn’t. Again it’s the 20 minute walk away. We waited almost an hour from calling for collection. We were standing around and had to call to chase. We were told they were on their way. They lied because we could see them on the cars tracker that they hadn’t even moved yet. Definitely won’t use these guys again.

The communication throughout was very good and the service on the day of drop off and pick up was very timely and the staff member was very friendly.

I had a very bad experience with Parking budd, i booked through them and used park world Ltd to park my car whilst flying from Manchester. When I got to Parking World on the day of the Parking, it was chaotic, there was no where to park and quite a few people were waiting to be transferred to the airport. I asked about my transfer to the airport and was told the transfer vehicle has broke down so I had to get my own taxi to the airport which I was not happy about but as I had to catch a flight I called an Uber which I had to pay for. I was told they would sort it when they pick me up from the airport on my return journey. Why was I not surprised when I landed at Manchester airport and rang for the transfer to pick my car up, again I was told I had to call a taxi as the transfer vehicle was brocken down. I did mention as per the terms and conditions of the Parking agreement they had to sort my transport too and from the airport but they were not having any of it and told me I had to get my own transport to pick up my car so I reluctantly had to pay for another taxi. For both taxi journeys, it cost me £28. I would never use this company again and don't know why Parking buddy advertise companies like this on there site.

avoid this company , they are just an agent, the companies they put you in touch with ie, Smart parking Stanstead, waited just under an hour for car to be returned we gave 30 minutes notice, car returned damaged , tell us a pack of lies from start to finish, will be reporting this company to trading standards

Outstanding service, cheap and very straight forward. I will definitely use this company again

Had to wait a short while on drop off to hand over the keys.
On our return the wait was ridiculous, we were told it would be 30 minutes, which was long enough but in reality it ended up being 55 minutes before our car was returned.
It would have been far quicker for us to use a park and ride car park, rather than this drop and wait company. Definitely do not recommend and would never use again.

Apart from miscommunication from one of the drivers which cost extra for waiting at Heathrow and myself getting the stating the wrong arrival time, it went smoothly. I must state though there was an unsual high mileage noticed when car was collected.
I will use again as it the cheapest . An improvement would be to answer calls promptly

Parking Buddy experience fine. Bigger issue was with the parking company Rose Parking. Pick up and return were fine, with very short wait times. The bigger issue was that my car was used by Rose Parking outside of parking it. I realised as I have an app for car and could see it was being used 10+ hours after they picked it up and where it had been. I called them at the time and they said it was being moved between compounds which was not true as I knew the areas it was being driven. Overall it was driven an additional 15+ miles and I have no doubt it would have been used more if I hadn't called them and threatened to call police. Would absolutely NOT recommend.

Birmingham Airport, Meet and Greet booked.
An interesting experience.
The initial directions were rather scant, we were merely told to go to Birmingham International. A few days before our departure we received an amendment to go to Maple valet parking, again scant directions and return collection ascribed to a company called Ace. The return and collection left a bad taste - I am disabled and the “short walk” from arrivals to the valet parking area was a real and painful effort. We were then told we had just 5 minutes to exit the valet parking area or we would be charged extra. I had already paid over £80 for my meet and greet parking. I did not argue because of the threat of extra charging, exhausted by the “short walk”, I packed our luggage into the boot and drove off in a filthy car that had been left moderately clean a week ago.
I do not know where my car was stored for the duration, it was moderately clean when we left it with the company. It was returned looking as if it had been parked inside the dust bag of a massive vacuum cleaner.
When I fly I always book meet and greet parking because of my disability, this was the worst meet and greet parking I have experienced.

Fake brands everywhere.. heathrow valet parking is not a real company. I used this parking through different providers in the past and bought the booking and it turns out its a fake. I am going to report to the trading standard.. The company is registered under an accountant office, i feel the accountant also doing some doggy scam... I feel the account anting firm Azed & Co involved in this scam and i am going to file complaint today with HMRC and FCA

Due to an error with the booking I had to pay an additional £33 for my parking which was totally avoidable and unacceptable.
I have raised this as a complaint over 1 week ago however have no yet received any meaningful update nor my money back.
I have reported SMG Vehicle Storage Ltd as I was made to believe this was a meet & greet company when is in fact is a vehicle storage company which, according to the UK GOV website, was DISSOLVED in 25/02/2020.
The whole experience was simply outrageous and I would not recommend anyone getting anywhere near SMG nor Parking Buddy.

I’ve paid for parking a week ago but still had no confirmation or can’t get them on the number on there site.

Arrived at the airport at the designated drop off point and the parking attendant was waiting. Was very easy since he took the car, gave a flyer to ensure that we have it handy I return.

On return, I called that we have collected our luggage and the car was already parked again at the orange car park bay which is very convenient. No hassle and friendly staff.

We used Aygo Parking and we waited for 15 minutes when we arrived at the carpark to drop our car despite we called them 30 minutes before as they advise in their booking. When we arrived to pick the car we call them when we got our bags and we waited for over 50 minutes to received our car after several calls from our side as they didn't provide any follow up and took no responsibility whatsoever. The customer service was very poor, I was very disappointed!! If you are looking for a fast and reliable option I really don't recommend this parking company.

Fantastic drop-off but they bought the wrong car back to us on our return which caused us delay - they did deal with it swiftly though and drove us to where our car was located at their storage.

They tamper with dash cams & broke mine. The last 2 times i used them, i got my car back with the dash cam plug removed. The also broke the power button. When i sent a complaint email, it was ignored.
