I have been using them for a fee years for my buildings and public liability at my glamping site. They have always given a fiar price, helped me get the information together and been easy to contact. I haven't had need to claim lucky and hope not to so cant comment on that side of things but my impression is they would be supportive in the process. Plan to keep using them. They send out auto emils with no reference saying that you have renewed? You call them and cannot find any reference of the auto email sent because the auto email didnt have a reference.

Extremely easy and pleasant experience. Got my insurance cover sorted very quickly. 5 stars!

I first contacted Park Insurance about my Polaris Ranger as I was paying a lot for a vehicle that only works on my land, driven by me. They came up with a really good price and so when my property insurance came up for renewal I came to them and once again they came up with a much better deal. Their staff have been very courteous and helpful. All I hope is that when renewals are due, they will be as diligent as they were in the first instance.
