I’ve just purchased my third car from Feds at Parkland Motor Cars, and once again the experience has been excellent from start to finish. The team are consistently professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy.

Fedz was very great from the start to finish and also his team mates on phone very smooth process delivery was spot on time cant fault these guys at all best company ive dealt in years and hopefully more to come in future , if anyone wants great service and support these are the people to come to thanks for everything guys have a great day from me 😉😉😉😉

Bought a car the other week, simple easy transaction. Got home and realised the screen wash needed topping, topped it up and few days later got the same warning on the dash. I was concerned it was a broken pipe or something.
Called Fedz and he was quick to get me booked in, courtesy car, and then few days later all sorted…can’t believe some of these negative reviews as they have been super supportive and super efficient with me! Well recommended!

Awful company, dodgy as they come. Sold me a car that shouldn’t have been on the road and broke down after 27 miles.

After care is just nonexistent rang so many times emailed so many times and nothing. I had problems since day one and no reply. Then the last phone call was the best one as I was talking to him he said oh I haven’t got take to speak to you anymore. I’m busy so he put the phone down. so be aware.

Saw exactly the car I was looking for, phoned to make an appointment to view it and paid £100. deposit which was refundable if vehicle wasnt suitable. Travelled 80 miles to the show room, car had obviously not been prepped prior to my visit, was handed the key which wouldnt work and was unable to get in the car. Salesman took the key saying it was the battery in the key, returned and hey werer still unable to access the vehicle. We sat in the office then heard the horn going off all the lights flashing on and off and still the vehicle wouldnt start. Told them in view of this I was no longer interested in the car and wanted a refund of my deposit. 3 days 2 emails and a phone call and I've still not had the refund. would certainly not recommend this company, customer service appalling

They honestly sold me a dream for my first car , in all honestly they sold me a death trap! Started experiencing many problems with it few months after buying it , like gearbox problems , when I am paying a lot of money and if had the car 9 months I did not expect this he Seen I was young and excited to be driving and sold me a dream

We have just purchased, and had delivered our next fresh car from Parkland motors.
It was a really good experience and my sales advisor was Fedz. He gets 10/10 for communication, information and detail. The walk round video reassured us we had purchased a good vehicle.
Special mention to Mo too, who fielded a couple of calls on Fedz behalf (Mo, you are funny!)
As for delivery, the guys turned up giving us a 1 hour heads up, which was great, didnt get there names, but vwry quick and professional in the pouring rain!
Cars no sat on my driveway, happy wife and family.
Genuinely thankyou Parkland motors, you have done well, and I will consider you first up when I need a fresh vehicle. 10/10

i bought a peugeot 5008 on the 31/12/2025 all on line just seen pictures everything was done just needed it deliverd on tuesday the 6/1/2026 there was an young lad called Fedz contacted me to say he would be dealing with me he kept me well informed about what was happening sending me vidios of what was happening it was serviced mot and validated Fedz informed me that it would be deliverd by saturday and true to his word buy 3 pm Saturday 10/1/2026 the car was deliverd and looks great everything works like i was told. i would recomend parklandmotors and dealing with Fedz would deal with them again

I would avoid Parkland Motors in the future and encourage everyone to do the same. I bought a Mercedes A Class and was encouraged to purchase a £649 warranty that isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.

Within just 6 months, I’ve had to pay £1,710.25 out of pocket for repairs and related costs:

* New glow plugs - £118
* New windscreen wipers - £45.99
* All new brake discs - £509.26
* All new brake pads - £495.04
* Two new rear tyres - £317.98
* 4 wheel alignment - £94.99
* 2 x hire cars as mine was undriveable - £64.48 + £64.51

I was left without a car for over a month, then they gave me an old Corsa as a courtesy car that wasn’t even taxed. They only admitted to it an hour later after I noticed and called them myself. They then contradicted themselves by claiming there was “no danger” of me driving it untaxed despite it already being untaxed in my possession for over an hour.

Awful company that I would avoid at all cost.

These guys are on the ball. A special mention to Ash who was just there!! Also big shout out to Callum from finance. We had the vehicle delivered to us by a young lad on the back of the trailer who was so friendly and professional if only I could find a dealer nearby with the same service!

We purchased a 2022 Vechical in July. It had around 20000 miles. (Has around 21000 now) We also purchased the extra TMO warranty the garage suggest.
The clutch felt odd from the start but we put it down to getting used to a new vechical.
In the meantime a break warning light came on. So we booked it in with the TMO reccomended garage for a check as we use it for our young family. To our horror it had some sort of break leak into the cylinder and gearbox. Also the clutch was faulty requiring works of around £800 plus.
Parklands respone was its October now your 3 month warranty has gone. We can take £550 from you to the complete neccessary the works!
They have all the evidence and diagnostics and still won't carry the repairs out at their expense or give any money back.
We have been advised as this is within 6 months they should be doing more than asking for £550 from us.
We believe the car was in this state of the clutch going when purchasing it.
Beware of the TMO warranty they sell you as the T&Cs often imply clutches are not necessarily part of the warranty.
Day 7 tomorrow of no vechical.
Please do not waste your money buying a used vechical from here!
It will cost lots of money and you'll be without your vechical when it breaks!

Purchased an Audi e tron recents for these guys. Car was a great deal and in good condition. Ash in after sales especially helpful. Thanks again.

I would like to write a review about parklands I viewed a BMW on Saturday and left a holding fee unfortunately I had a change of heart on the Monday through no fault of parkland motors Muhammad the salesman was really helpful with everything including no hassle viewing and when I changed my mind about the vehicle there was no hassle and very kindly returned the holding fee will definitely be returning when my circumstances change to make a purchase with them.

I bought my Peugeot 3008 from them in July.
I had the car for about 3 week when the adblue and engine management light came on the dashboard. Got in touch with aftersales and was looked after by Ash.
They sorted my car out in 3 days, very prompt service, i would highly recommend.
