The parking at the Hampton Inn…

The parking at the Hampton Inn Detroit/Bellville was great shape, well lit. The front desk attendant was friendly and informative. The shuttle bus driver both was was great. Bus itself was roomy. Perfect experience

Some good and some dishonesty

Pros:
Small parking lot easy to park and close to airport. Left the parking lot quickly after I parked my car.

Cons:
It took about 30 minutes to be picked up from airport. They advertise your car will be waiting at parking lot (they even have a way on internet to let them now you are on your way) and this is not true. They also advertise they will park the car for you and this is also not true.

Don't ever think to use this people for parking your car, my booking was canceled and I have to wait 10 day for the refund. one of the worst experience I had in my life so frustrating and depressing especially if you travel with your family.

All went well for dropping the car off near CdG airport (3, route de Moussy, Villeneuve-sous-Dammartin) on October 11 and being shuttled to the Airport.
Upon return - October 16 - we phoned after collecting our luggage and waited 25 minutes for the shuttle vehicle to arrive. Then the driver informed that he had people to pick up from three other terminals. The shuttle bus carried more passengers than is legal 11 instead of 9.
The vehicle was filthy and stank of diesel fuel. From the time we were picked up by the shuttle until the time we collected our car it took an hour and a half... Although this parking is advertised shuttling its customers in 15 minutes from terminal to parking. A scam. Never again.

Scam!

Do not use Parkos, big scam. My prepaid parking lot did not even exist. Google maps details given was farmersland.
No refund, no service. Short notice alternative parking expensive.
Never use them people, see all other reviews.

Onbeschofte humeurige chauffeur en hebben de auto niet op slot gedaan

Parkos dusseldorf gebruikt gedurende de reis naar antalya. Bij aankomst op dusseldorf airport heeft de ongeduldige chauffeur 8x gebeld en was enorm boos omdat hij te lang moest wachten naar zijn zin. (5minuten om precies te zijn). Raar type.
Ook stond de auto niet op slot bij terugkomst.
Erg vreemde dienstverlening.

Bad Parkos experiance

Just came back from a short break in Portugal. I booked space throughout Parkos at Stansted Airport. Left the house almost 4 hours earlier to be on time and park my car safely, but unfortunately, due to heavy traffic on M25, I and my friend arrived one hour late. When we got to the Parkos parking I was informed that because of my late arrival, I have to pay an extra £20. I did not agree but couldn't do anything as wanted to leave my car in a safe place and catch my flight. The gentlemen, also ask us to pay the full amount of the transport (to and from the airport) cost per person £2.50 x2, so we also paid for our transport in full which was £10 in total.
On my way back:
At the airport Faro, we got information that our flight will be one hour delayed.
Instead of 8:20 pm, the aeroplane left the Faro airport at 9:35 pm.
We arrived at Stansted at 00:30.
I politely informed Parkos about these changes with the hope someone will be waiting for us.
Unfortunately, I got a text message: "Hi your flight is due to land outside our opening hours. Please collect your car from our office unit 6 CM22 6NZ. Your key is in the key safe in front of your car code is xxxx Thanks"
For that reason, I had to take a taxi from the airport to Parkos parking which was maybe only a 6-minute drive and had to pay £23 for this short journey.
So... the original cost of my Parkos parking was £56.99,
Extra cost for one hour late £20
The cost of a taxi is £23
Extra charge for a way back transport £5, which never happened.
In total, the cost of my parking was £104.99.
Plus my stress, and difficulty in communication( Due to health and safety I never should use my phone while driving to inform the car park 20 minutes before arriving).
Honestly, it wasn't a good experience and for sure I am not going to leave it like this.
For sure Parkos is the parking I going to avoid and won't recommend to my anybody.

Utterly useless - Avoid at all costs. No Help at all

As so many others have said, these people are utterly, utterly useless. We booked for parking at Pisa in Italy in January for a slot in April and they took our money straight away. But as for an actual parking slot, absolutely nothing. We got a reservation number and a promise of instructions and a barcode to get in to the car park but it was never forthcoming. We had excuses about the payment not going through, then they said it had and they gave us phone numbers and emails for the car park, but none of them worked (probably fake). they would do nothing at all to provide any real help. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We are about to commence the hassle of getting our money back.

Everything was bad or very bad

CHARLEROI AIRPORT BELGIUM:Everything was bad or very bad. During chek in I was sent to another location where I had to wait for half an hour until somebody came to guide me somewhere else. Parking was done at an area with no marking of aisles and parking places. Returning, although flight was given nobody was waiting for me. Meeting location P27 was unknown to airport info. Telephone was not answering and when answered a shuttle arrive with 30 minutes delay

Stranded by Parkos and out $80

UPDATE #2: Yep, we got scammed. PARKOS asked for details and receipts and we promptly provided them. Since then, nothing. Terrible!

UPDATE for PARKOS: This review is associated with your Reservation # 15BDND. At the the top of your confirmation it also shows a "Reservations Lab Reservation # RPS212837. Reservation was in my wife's name (same last name)

We used Parkos for a recent trip from SeaTac (March 08 - 22). They confirmed details including a “24/7” shuttle. When parking on the 8th we were told “shuttle driver didn’t come in, you’re on your own getting to the airport”. Didn’t have time to argue it as we’d miss our flight. Paid the $40 fare.

Upon return we phoned the Parkos number only to find it was not in service. Phoned the hotel directly and were told “the shuttle is only available after 3:00 PM” (it was 7:30 AM when I phoned. Another $40 cab ride to get our car.

So we’re out $80. Parkos did not provide the service they committed to deliver.

We’ve followed up with Parkos but have so far been ignored.

Only a booking sight

This is a booking sight. We were so unfortunate that our parking were through Idealparking, which we did not realize and that does not work at all. It took over an hour to get our car when we returned.

I booked a Heathrow meet and greet…

I booked a Heathrow meet and greet through Parkos. In the email it told me to call the number to let them know when I was 30 minutes away but the number didn't work. The agent called me after I spoke to customer service at Parkos and he said they would meet me in 30 minutes. I had to wait around for 20 minutes at the airport however the customer service at Parkos was pretty good and trying to get in contact with the parking agent.

After 20 minutes someone arrived to collect my car BUT he asked if I had paid for the parking inside the T3 car park as it was the customer's responsibility. As he was late he paid. When I returned to collect my car they were a little slow in getting back to the car park at T3. The only way I could call them was by calling the driver's personal mobile who collected my car. Again he told me I had to pay the £5.70 fee for the car park.

I rang Parkos customer service and they said that it wasn't in the T&C's for the customer to pay the parking ticket but I paid anyways and they agreed to refund me that amount.

Overall not the smoothest of services but Parkos were pretty good in their customer care both during and after the booking.

I probably would use them again but it would be worthwhile preparing for some bumps in the process of handing over the car and collecting again.

Don’t use parkos

We booked a space at Madrid airport on an English language website. We received an English Language confirmation and address. The address was misspelt and our satnav couldn’t find it, we spent hours driving around looking for it, the local police hadn’t heard of it. I rang the phone number but couldn’t understand the list of options. (So we would have been unable to request the bus back to the car anyway) I finally got a person on the phone but she couldn’t speak English. We gave up and parked in a very expensive place. Parkos have not replied to my complaint or refunded our money. But they did send an email telling me our car was safely parked and ready to be collected confirming that they are liars and untrustworthy.

Very short notice cancellation!?!

We reserved a parkspace more than a week in advance through Parkos and recieved a confirmation. Nontheless Parkos cancelled our parkspace reservation 15 hours before arrival. Parkos offered no alternative parkspace or help finding such.
With such short notice, we had no choice but to find a MUCH more expensive solution.
Using Parkos has given us nothing but regret!
