We really love how they pick you up where you park and drop you off! Quick shuttle service, even at 2am.

Drop off and pick up was great car was ready when I got the with the a/c running I was able to get in a cool car and go home THANK YOU

Parking and transport to the terminal was smooth. While we did not have trouble getting transport back from the terminal to our vehicle, most all passengers on our van had waited over an hour for transport. The worst problem our gas was siphoned from our fuel tank. We could not even make it out of the parking lot before we were completely out of gas. The attendant was helpful and provided a gas can to get some fuel. I feel this must occur frequently since the gas can was on hand. The attendant did not eve. seem surprised this had happened. If you use this service, make sure you have safety mechanisms on your gas tank.

I prepaid online and had to pay while leaving as well

The shuttle was there and ready to go, no waiting at all. To check out with my pre-paid receipt it didn't work and I had to get out my car and go find someone to assist. The bell didn't work and thank goodness we were the only ones in line.

I used my credit card to reserve Parking on Middlebelt and still don't have the voucher that's supposed to be sent to me via email. When I call the telephone number for Park Ride Fly USA it's a recorded message that refers me to a email which, when used, comes back undeliverable.

Received reservation confirmation online but reservation does not appear in dashboard or when I use reservation number to access reservation. This makes one anxious as to whether there is really a reservation. Also, there was no email confirmation - just the confirmation screen after booking.

You can’t call customer support. Iv been waiting on my confirmation email that I paid.

We were nervous as we have never used this type of service before. We were very pleasantly surprised as we pulled into the lot at 4:30 AM, were greeted immediately, told where to park and were picked up almost immediately. We were taken right to our airline entrance. When we arrived back, we called the number and we were picked up in less than a minute and returned right to our vehicle. Great experience - will definitely use again!

I paid for my reservation. I do not have a printer so I called to get the number, which is what was on the response when inquiring for help. It was a message stating due to high call volume please email. It was not clear what the person was saying. I sent an email to another address the response “an customer service agent would contact when they can. I leave out in the morning, I’m praying that my reservation is able to be located. Definitely poor communication. I only gave the 1 star because I had no choice.

I have used this lot for years. They were good in the beginning and continue to be so now.

Reserving parking was very easy as well as actually parking the car. We had prepaid which made a world of difference. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed by two hours and we were not able to pick up our car when scheduled. This resulted in more fees (☹️) for us. There was also some confusion about how to exit because the machine would not take our barcode. On the plus side, when we retrieved our luggage, all we had to do was text and someone came right away.

This time worked out well, when I departed airport there was a shuttle waiting, which left shortly after to parking. THe driver took me to my car in minimal time.

Great service Valet unloaded my bags promptly. Van arrived in three minutes and took me to the airport. Bags unloaded. Everyone was kind and cordial!

There was NO address of the proper parking area on the confirmation provided....I googled Park n' Ride for the City I was flying out of and parked there...I PAID on line in advance....when I attempted to use that confrmd payment record on my phone, It was rejected and NO one knew what it was....I do not know if I was even in the correct parking area because that information was not made available as I previously stated. I will be demanding my money back. I will also put in a challenge with my credit card company
