Charging me twice for the same tolls.
In April, I got a bill for 798Kr (for road tolls in Norway). I paid this directly (4 days after receiving the bill). Now, in late June, I received the same bill again, saying that I hadn't paid it (now 858Kr with påminnelse avgift). I immediately complained via their website and include a screenshot of the bank transaction from April. No response. I emailed "customer service"......no response. I rang customer service "I can't help you with that, you have to email".
Now I am going to have to pay them again to avoid getting a black mark on my credit, and try to get the money back, if they ever reply to my emails.
They really are an utterly incompetent (or fraudulent) company, with the worst customer service imaginable. I wonder how many unsuspecting people have been tricked into paying them more than once?
