This company will never improve it's service as it is a fraudulent company!!! It has a network of fraud stars who pose as sellers, and they will contact you after you search an auto part in this website. I have lost 1150 last week to the same Lokesh Malhotra (9899441081)/WhatsApp (7065174570) about whom another user has complained earlier. Same modus operandi. Act as genuine seller. Then persuade you to pay the amount through UPI. After that he never courier the purchased item and always forgets to give you the tracking number. Cheap Cheater!!! Should have cheated me at least 5000/10000. But this beggar has cheated me just 1000!!! Shame on you Delhi beggars!!! My main concern is that he is cheating hundreds of people of small amounts like Rs.1000 so that people will not take legal actions for such nominal amount. My suggestion to ALL BUYERS!! NEVER use partfinder.in to buy any auto parts!!! You will be cheated 100% !!! Most likely this website partfinder.in is maintained and run by the same cheaters who pose as sellers.

Pretend himself as a car spares parts supplier through the phone call. Sent me the pictures of the exact parts I am looking for.. negotiated prices for the same. Assured me to send me the said spare parts immediately on the same day through parcel service, once the full payment done in advance. After I did the payment procedures, he refused to send me the said spare parts and when I called him, he admitted that it's his regular method to grab money from the needful people and no authority will be taken action for such a small amount. Now he stopped picking up the call...

I saw facebook add of the 'Part finder India'. When I raised the enquiry, I got phone calls from several suppliers. I chose this person

Yes..he contacted me through WhatsApp and phone call from the number 8299270889. After finalising the parts through the picture sent on WhatsApp he asked me to send the payment in full on his another Gpay number 8299176073.

He seems to be very helpful and assured me to send me the said spare parts immediately on the same day on 17 April 2026. that I can get the said parcel on 18 April morning..

I requested to send me my money back or send me the spare as promised. He arrogantly admitted that he scammed me and I cannot do anything now.

I reached out to Part finder India for Kizashi radiator motor and fan set and the person contacted me on Lokesh Malhotra (+91 93109 98251) from WhatsApp and shared the part details. As he shared the exact part hence I made the half payment to the given GPay QR code shared on WhatsApp with name “Siya Thakur”. He also asked to share the payment screenshot after I have sent half amount 3000/-. After sending the amount he is not lifting the call and not responding to messages from last 1 week and realised he is fraud. Kindly request you to return the money if you are able to contact the person.
