Paid for three day shipping. Did not ship in three days. Send from original company which I could have ordered from and gotten the same service. Poor communication
Update to response. Then you shouldn’t advertise and charge for three day shipping.

Hi Patty! Thanks for your comment. The item you ordered is made to order and our website clearly states that there may be a delay with receiving this type of item. They ship "expedited" once they are produced. The company you are referring to does not have a retail presence meaning that customers cannot direct purchase these items. Unfair price increase…
I had placed an order with your company approximately 5 months ago, and your price has more than doubled for a product that is an absolute necessity for me. I need paperwork so I can at least try to get a reimbursement from my insurance company. The last order had no such paperwork included. Thanks for your comments. Your order was placed after the shipping cut off time 2/3. Shipping selected was USPS Priority mail which does not have a specified transit time. FedEx shows your package was delivered to your doorstep on 2/6. Three business days for delivery. We are sorry your supplies did not arrive sooner.
