They did a great job getting our order to us in a timely manner. The problem we had was they don’t send anyone to measure what you need to order. Because of this, we had to do two extra orders which cost our business a bigger expense than expected.

Delivery logistics are difficult
Pricing and order placement are fairly good. Actual payment process introduces confusion regarding fulfillment. Past couple of orders have utilized R&L Carriers, who are horrible about logistics communications.

Lousy service
Received an estimate right away. Decent price and promised quick delivery. Paid for partition and now after 2 weeks, i still do t have so much as a tracking number for a shipment. Customer service makes empty promises with no actual information.

Please note that our manufacturer had an extended closure last weekend due to the Memorial day holiday and they are working to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. There was no problems at all. They made everything simple the engineering drawings and everything else they done for you and that is hard to find an accompany to do for you these days.
