Avoid Parts Avatar at all costs. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

My part was supposed to arrive April 14. It’s now April 18 and it hasn’t even been shipped. Not delayed — not backordered — just sitting there doing nothing. When I requested a refund, they refused. No explanation, no accountability.

They then sent me “tracking numbers” that don’t even exist. Completely fake. For FIVE straight days, I’ve been fed the exact same useless line: “it will update within 6–12 hours.” It never updates. It never ships. Nothing happens.

This is beyond incompetence — it’s straight-up dishonest business practice. You take people’s money, provide fake tracking, stall them with copy-paste responses, and refuse refunds? That’s unacceptable.

Customer service is a joke. No real answers, no ownership, just delay tactics and empty promises.

Do yourself a favor: DO NOT buy from Parts Avatar. Spend a little more somewhere else and deal with a company that actually ships products, provides real tracking, and respects its customers. This place does none of that.

Front rotors did not fit my car. Had to go get the right ones from carquest and they were 3 times the price.

I’m still waiting on shipping — every day I’m told “another 24 hours.” At this point, I regret ordering from them. Even though they are Canadian, the customer service has been very disappointing. While they respond quickly, the answers are often unhelpful or inaccurate.

I would recommend ordering from RockAuto instead — their shipping, customer service, and parts quality have all been excellent.
