They had the part "in stock" in Montreal. So I ordered from them on october 7. We are october 14 and still no shipping number. I have contacted them twice but it change nothing. Read the shipping policy: 3 business days to process the order + 3 business days to process the shipping + the shipping time. So even if the part is in stock at a few km from you, expect to wait more than a week and probably 10 to 15 days.

After ordering the winter tires they wrote me and said they only have 6 year old tires and wanted another $150 for tires from 2026. I cancelled my order. Terrible business.

Be careful with this supplier. I ordered a cell phone booster. Website stated 4 in stock and free delivery in Canada. I double checked delivery was still 0$ after entering address info. Received a confirmation after order. Two days later received an email saying the item was not in stock plus they needed an additional $117 to ship a 3 kg pkg FedEx from Toronto to eastern Ontario (about 350km away). I receive FedEx no charge shipments all the time. I did not buy as totally lost confidence with them. Would not work with me at all. I checked stock again and still 4 pc of the booster show in stock. I missed taking the booster on my vacation. Beware, shopping Canadian not always good!

Ordered an RV Air Conditioner from these turkeys on August 13 after they sent me an email that they've finally arrived at their warehouse for order with 3 day shipping in Canada.
After numerous unsatisfactory emails from them with nothing but excuses, I sent this email to them. My next move is to contact the Fraud Department of Visa.

Charged me for my order on August 11th and it's been 2 1/2 weeks and they still haven't shipped it. They said their other warehouse hasn't responded to tell them what the status is. I requested to cancel it BUT... they ignored that email. Steer clear. People need to stop ordering from them so they clean up their act. If not, they'll keep taking advantage of their customers.

This is the worse purchase I have ever made, this guys are horrible, I ordered a parts that was expected to arrive in 3 days and 6 weeks gone still counting, I have not recieved it, reaching customer services was difficult and each time i call, there is always a new story. I got a mail 2 weeks ago that it was arriving last week and today again there is another mail that it will arrive next week. I dont know business like this still exist in 2026.

Had a horrible experience with parts canada, I ordered platform mounts and a platform, the mounts I received were not complete, missing parts that I need for the platform were missing. I phoned them to order the platform and when I got it the box was in a bad shape, its like trash, they sent me the wrong platform, it was too small for my jeep. I've have come to a point that I don't want those anymore and decided to send all back to them. The box which i throw it away thinking i dont need it because i already have thr platform,they require me to put it back in the box where the box was unusable and already gone, its their fault sending me thr wrong one and now I have to buy a new box which cost 400 for it, wow this is how they handle this kind of situation, don't care about customers, THANK YOU PARTS ENGINE CANADA FOR DOING THIS TO ME!!! AWSOME JOB

Website: 1 star - easy to navigate, but pure bait and switch. Items listed "In Stock - 4 Left!" are not in stock and once they have your money, you are hit up for a "special order" Even after agreeing to the "special order" the items i ordered were still listed on the website as "In Stock - 4 Left!"
Customer service: 0 stars. Call them up, you are on hold for exactly 20mins then cut off - multiple times. Emails are largely unanswered, when there is an answer it is either to tell you to continue waiting or if the item has shipped.
Estimated timelines: 0 stars - "special order" was estimated at 2-3 wks, the order took 5 weeks.
Shipping: 1 star. One item was shipped 5 days after order - Yay! the "special order" items were shipped in separate boxes and Canpar lost one and it had to be traced. If the "special order" shipment had both lights in a single box, it would have arrived without frustration at tracking down a lost shipment.
Items themselves: 3 stars. Items received were as advertised.

Really, if you are looking for items that may be obscure or niche, like pod lights or other items, order off of Ebay or Amazon. If you get screwed over there, Ebay and Amazon will take the sellers to the cleaners over bait and switch tactics, misleading advertising (items in stock when they clearly are not), or shipment failures.

I just want everyone to know that I absolutely love the sales staff the service I received and the speed. Absolutely the best online service I ever received and delivered in less than 24 hrs from confirmation. WOW!

Ordered a fox steering shock for $600. Installed and test drove. From new wouldn't function properly. Since I installed for 10 minutes they would not send me a new or refund my money. I had to send to fox for repairs. They were not much help later. Going on over 2 months I may have my shock back next week. Mission statements on websites are total BS. As customer service and support for both companies is horrible. I have all supporting documents so either of these companies can respond...but really IDC

Ordered a 50A Power Watchdog for our RV on June 1. Part was listed as a stock item. 3 days for "processing" before shipping?? Item arrived June 9. 8 days to receive a stock item? Item that arrived is the wrong model (30A). Sent an email immediately with screen shot of my order and a picture of the item received with shipping label. Got a reply that it will be 2 - 5 business days to review my email before a warranty decision will be made.
Called their 1-877 #. Waited on hold and opted for the call back option. 7 minutes later I get a call back with an announcement telling me that this call may be recorded....then they hang up.
Called back again. Used callback option yet again. 11 minutes later someone called back. Explained the situation. The lady on the other end of the phone seemed disinterested and replied, "I don'tknow about that". She then asked me for photos. I explained they have already been emailed. I explained that we couldn't wait any longer so I will return this item and cancel the order. She replied "ok" and said that the warehouse would issue the RMA. I asked her when. She replied "sometime this afternoon" and then said, "Have a good day". Phone call over.
I try my best to shop in Canada. Parts Engine makes it very difficult.

Lies about stock and shipping times, will wait till after you pay to tell you they won’t be able to source you item for possibly months. Horrible company I’d advise you avoid them at all costs

I want to share what a horrible experience I've had dealing with partsengine.ca @partsengine

At the time of purchase everything was showing in stock.

I made my initial order on the 27th of March 2026 for wheels and tires. Within a week or two I received the tires but the wheels were nowhere to be found. My order for the wheels was only showing as processed.

After waiting another week I decided to contact them by email. And their response was that it was still being processed.

I called in multiple times and escalated it but never got a call back from anyone. Most of the communication was done by email because calling was not getting me anywhere.

They then claimed that the delay was due to a fitment issues, and that their "wheel team" could not warranty coverage for fitment related issues.

I then responded to them telling their wheel team that the fitment is not an issue and then provided vehicle specs along with wheel specs load rating balancing hub bore offset bolt pattern size and more to show that there would be no issue with fitment. I told them to proceed with the order on May 16th yet still nothing has been sent.

Today's June 2nd, I had to call today again to request once again for my compensation to be put through and a follow-up on the order as nothing has changed. Really not happy with this service.

This company will take your money and then not send what you ordered, Jackson Lau needs to be investigated for fraud because he is running a scam company. Do not deal with them.

ordered a set of tires with rims from them. Included mounting and balancing. As a result tires arrived mounted insude out. I raised support tickets several times via their website. Silence.

Would go 0 if i could. Ordered a set of tires from them. The two fronts were manufacturedin 2024. The rear tires were manufactured in 2021. So old stock tires at brand new prices! Trying to get customer service to reply to phone calls or emails has been nothing short of a nightmare. Horrible company stay as far away as you can.

Extremely poor customer experience – order never delivered

I had a very frustrating experience with PartsEngine.ca and would strongly caution others before ordering from them. I placed an order for a wheel and tire package on January 25, with a stated lead time of 3–4 weeks. More than three months later, the order has still not been delivered.

Throughout this period, I received conflicting and inconsistent information, with no reliable delivery date provided. At one point, I was told the wheels were officially in transit, only to later be informed that only one wheel had been received. The company was ultimately unable to locate the remaining wheels or explain how such a situation could occur.

To make matters worse, after speaking directly with the manufacturer, Vossen Canada, I was informed that no purchase order or order existed in my name, which strongly suggests the wheels were never ordered in the first place. Despite repeated follow‑ups and requests for either clear proof of delivery or a refund, I was continually kept waiting with no concrete resolution.

The lack of transparency, excessive delays, and poor follow‑through made this an unacceptable customer experience. After months of wasted time and unanswered questions, I had no choice but to escalate the matter. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend PartsEngine.ca.

My tires and rims were delivered today, they look to be fine(I really won't know if they are good until I have them installed on my vehicle). My problem is with the delivery service. When I tracked the order at 11am it said it was being delivered April9 by the end of day, I already had to go out and missed it. On the 10th it was to be delivered by the end of day no time frame so I had to sit there all day. Canpar does not give you a window for delivering. UPS , FEDEX , even Amazons delivery service gives a 2 or 3 hour window. Your use of Canpar will certainly influence whether I would order from you again no matter how good the deal is. I was not able to speak to anyone at Canpar's Thorold office, but the driver said they can't because he does about 90 deliveries a day Amazon delivers that and more and can still give a 2 hour delivery window. You really should get a more customer oriented delivery firm.

I ordered a set of tires & paid for them. I was later informed that the tires ordered were no longer available but they did give me an alternative. I expected my payment to be refunded at that time. I placed a second order for their recommendation & have paid for this order. It's now been two weeks & numerous phone calls to them to get my refund & still nothing. My order came in parts, 3 tires delivered one day but I needed to call them to get the fourth tire. A signature was required upon delivery which we came home after being away for the day to find the fourth tire propped up at our door. I mentioned this to them when I called again & was told it's not our problem.
