Useless! cant even be bothered to return calls even though they promise to, i called back twice, nothing!! waste of time and effort.

Terrible customer service takes weeks if it ever arrives !
Excuses after excuses never get any email correspondence!
Called then 3 times totally useless and 7 emails no response.
Each time you call you get promises but nothing ever happens.
Told last time I contacted them my parcel was with Royal Mail but guess what Royal Mail say no !

I ordered a few parts for my saw, the items never arrived and after waiting more then a month the company told me that there is nothing they can do. The post office here (Italy) never got any package and i ended up paying 30 pounds for a package i never got.

Excellent service on a small item costing less than £3. Item delivered within 2 days following provision of full delivery information.

Absolutely brilliant service, forgot to add a spare part on for my tool so rang them up, a lovely chap named jordan answered the phone and informed me that they cant exactly add a part onto my order, they take the order for the new part and not charge postage.

He then informed me of the upcoming brands and reconditioned tools

Overall fantastic service and would ask for jordan again if i needed more parts

On a Saturday I ordered a few strimmer parts for use the following weekend. By Thursday morning they had still not arrived & on calling them, I was told that B&D were closed for the week so they had no stock. I asked why they did not notify customers & was told that they had sent out some emai!s but not to me.
I asked to cancel & receive a refund as delivery was going to be too late for me - this was agreed & confirmed around 11am. I was told that the refund would be processed later the same day.
Late in the afternoon I received an email confirming that my items were now ready for despatch & would arrive the following week. I had to call again & have it pulled - there was no record of my earlier call or request. Not a happy camper.

I ordered tines for a scarifier. They arrived promptly. There was an issue with tines which was not the fault of Partshopdirect. However they responded quickly and were very cooperative in sorting out the problem. I couldn’t have asked for a friendlier and more helpful service.

Failed to deliver. Still quoting it's coming today. Paid for 48hr delivery, I'll be lucky if I see my money back, I've given in on the actual order.

I ordered eight small parts from this company for a fairly ordinary Makita Hammer Drill. It was a simple process of adding to cart and paying. The parts came soon enough, but 5 out of the 8 were missing. For some strange reason, the missing parts had no "tick" next to them on the Despatch Note, but there was no explanation about where the missing parts were.

I called, and was told it was picking error and that they would get them out to me 1st Class Post that day.

After nothing had arrived for almost a week, I chased the order, with yet another phone call. A rather angry chap answered the phone abruptly, he cursed and swore at the "Computer System" because it was slow. Eventually he told me that I shouldn't have been told I would get the parts because one was on back-order. He assured me they'd be posted to me 1st Class the next day.

Within a few days, four of the five missing parts arrived. I'm really not sure how I'm supposed to rebuild a hammer drill with only some of the parts. Strangely enough, this Despatch note also had a missing "tick" next to the missing part - Coincidence? Hmmm!

Another phone call. This time it was a polite and helpful chap who assured me it must have fallen from the bag and off he went to find it, which he failed to do, and told me he'd have to order it and it would be a week before I got it.

Today, I finally received what should have been the final part from PartShopDirect - 'Hooray!', I thought, 'I can finally rebuild my drill that I'm in desperate need of.' My elation was short lived - the bag contained another one of a part I'd already received, and not the one that remains missing.

A 1 Star rating has been well earned by PartShopDirect, also trading as PowerToolCentre - Their communication has been non-existent, I've done all the chasing. I've had nothing but excuses and disappointing orders, culminating with a still incomplete order, after weeks, and still my power drill lies in pieces.

I will not be using PartShopDirect again - Dreadful, Dreadful, Dreadful!

it was easi to find the right parts. I had to mail for an update on the delivery but the reply was fast and correct. I have just recieved the correct parts as agreed upon

BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SELLER
I ordered a Part as ADVERTISED bya picture ON THEIR WEBSITE. Sent totally different inferior part worth half as much. That is a rip off. Dont get what you order. BUYER BEWARE.

... try Partshopdirect. Order completion confirmed straight away - so far so good. Six days later - no delivery and no news from the company. I call the sales team on Wednesday and receive their assurance the order has been actually completed the day before and should be with me by Friday. No delivery on Friday and no news from the company. I send them an email - no reply. I ring again only to discover that the order actually has not been completed. It took them eleven days to confirm they were out of stock and they didn't even bother to let the customer know. On the positive note, paypal refund arrived on the same day.
