Original part was lost during renovations and thought it would be impossible to find the part since the re released Hamilton Beach retro looking appliance is now discontinued.
Wow, I found it online and ordering was easy.
Glad the company is in Canada and the delivery was so fast. All went very well, the "Drink Master" is back in operation once again!!

Poor customer service - still no parts
I ordered parts almost 2 weeks ago. Apparently something happened in the shipping process (I wasn't given details so could be a lie) and my order was cancelled and I was told to reorder the parts despite not having my money returned. to me yet without any attempt to make it up to me, not even an apology.

I exceeded my credit card limit, today, 7 days after my purchase the issue has not been resolved.
Nobody called to apologize.

Partstown excellent... Purolator garbage
Partstown themselves were excellent. However they continue to use Purolator as a delivery company and they are atrocious! I ordered parts on a Wednesday with express delivery as I needed them the next day. On Friday they 'attempted delivery' at 10.30am but took the package back to the depot as our business didn't open until 12. They then 'Attempted delivery' on Monday at 10.30am and again on tuesday... at 10.30am at which point I contacted Purolator to complain.
Firstly, our business hours are clearly visible on the front door. Second, it is the same driver every day and was the same driver that we had the exact same issue with 2 weeks prior. Again with a part from parts town.
Please stop using Purolator!!!!
