I bought a so-called “surprise box” for 2 francs from a website that looked trustworthy, with lots of good comments on Facebook and supposedly linked to Shein. After the first payment, they asked me to pay a second time, and once I did, I was redirected to a completely different website.

Later, I realized that by paying, I had unknowingly been subscribed to a “Gold” membership, and they charged me 60 euros, plus another 7 euros when I tried to cancel. I never agreed to this subscription, and at no point was this clearly explained.

Worst of all: they told me they would only refund the money if I leave a positive review, which I find completely dishonest and manipulative. I refuse to mislead other people like myself, who could fall into the same trap.

I had to cancel my credit card to stop them from taking more money. My bank already recognized this website as fraudulent.

I do not recommend this site to anyone. Be very careful.

Honestly speaking, I haven’t browse/ used much of your platform. But if there is one downside of this, is that the payment wherein they can easily assess/used your card without informing us firs about that sibscription. Luckily someone is assisting is with regard to this which is very big help to us.
