Ich habe nacheinander zwei Krawatten bestellt, eine im Dezember 2024, eine im Januar 2025. Nachdem sie aber nach Monaten noch immer geliefert wurden, stornierte ich die Bestellungen. Das wurde ignoriert. Die Krawatten wurden dann nach einem halben Jahr geliefert. Die Annahme der Pakete verweigerte ich. Die Krawatten gingen zurück. Ich habe nun schon dutzende Mails geschrieben, um mein Geld zurückzubekommen. Auch diese Mails wurden bisher ignoriert. :(

This company is a shit show. I ordered an orange, 7-fold tie in January and received a black (?) 3-fold tie. It was shipped from Italy to Washington DC via the Post Office without a box. How is that possible? I wish I could give ZERO stars or a negative rating.

Ordered a 120 € tie more than a year ago. Kept emailing them and they kept delaying. Its been more than a year I havent received the tie and no longer get any responses to emails. Horrible customer service. Never offered a refund. Please do not trust.

Ordered a tie on March 30th. Paid for it the same day and 2 months and a half gone, I still have not received y tie!
These people should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook as they are a scam!!!

Gianni / Camilla - or anyone you will receive a response from is only delaying the inevitable. You will NEVER get the tie you ordered. I have waited 7 months - so many mails and excuses that does not add up- from them both/the same?. I will gladly forward the correspondence - should anyone question this. I ordered a specific tie, then it was ready to ship, 3 months later - there was a flaw that made it impossible to get- then a new one which would be made and send with haste.
This company is a scam, - save your time and money and spread the word. Trust is everything. Here there are none.

On the 17th of May I wrote a review about how I haven't received any products or a reaction to my emails. Only then was I given a tracking number. Upon checking the tracking number the site showed no further updates besides a citation that the package arrived at the international package centre in October of last year. This is very odd given that I haven't received the products and that Gianni stated that he didn't know what went wrong even weeks later in December. In the reply to my review they stated that they would email me the following monday, this hasn't happened to this day and I have no way of tracking my products.

Summary:
1. Gorgeous product, well-made.
2. Good experience working through a funny order problem.
3. Delivery times far exceed the 30-day web expectation. You’ll wait but otherwise be very happy

This is my 5th tie from Passaggio Cravatte, and although I’ve had to wait much longer than advertised, that wait has been worth it.

This time I ordered tie #1661 in early December, in 7-fold, jumping because the last time I hesitated, a stunning tie sold out. I got the last one (since restocked). Yet unbeknownst to me, my girlfriend had ordered me the same tie for Christmas. We laughed at gift time when she showed me a picture of the anticipated present.

I didn’t need two of the same tie, so despite both orders being in progress, Gianni worked with us to substitute a different tie for her order (#1660, a navy blue grenadine). This took some coordination but Gianni, Marta and Camilla were quite gracious. I haven’t worn #1660 yet; wearing #1661 brought multiple compliments immediately.

Delivery time - partially to reconcile the double order - was long. Clearly PC’s order volume exceeds the ability to deliver quickly, But I got a spectacular result. You should too.

According to the company’s website, the term "Handmade Lined Tie" indicates that their ties include an interior lining or backing, which provides shape, support, and wrinkle resistance. However, it appears that Mr. Gianni Passagio is delivering ties without interlining. Additionally, the term "lined" can also refer to the presence of a lining on the underside of the tie blade, which may either be "tipped" or "untipped."
Unfortunately Mr Gianni instead of solving this quality control problems, is trying to convince me and carring of public figure advertising his ties. Noting that other italian competitors are using lining products for their handmade tiles such as but not limited to the following brand names such as Talarico cravatte, Graffeo cravatte, Shibumi Firenze, Brunati Como, Fumagalli 1891, E. Marinella, Serà Fine Silk, Viola Milano, Italo Ferreti, Silvio Fiorello, etc...
I lost €560 after paying for four handmade silk ties, only to receive incomplete and unfinished products.

Very long delivery times, no answers to emails..

It is incoprehensible to me, how you can rist of your reputation !!!!
You delay with regular delivery, you delay with additional time for delay (February 2025), now we have a finisch of March 2025 and no delivery and no refund of the funds.
You are an absolutely disgusting company !!!!

Ho scoperto questa azienda tramite Instagram e ne ho ordinati due, con monogrammi. Quando finalmente sono arrivati, non ho mai ricevuto così tanti complimenti in un solo giorno! Sono squisiti, realizzati magnificamente e sono sublimi. Sono molto felice, anche se ci sono voluti sei mesi per ricevere il mio ordine, quindi siate pazienti; ne vale la pena!

It's been 81 working days since I placed an order and still no shipment has been initiated. I have reached out by email and been assured it is being "processed" but the fact remains that they don't meet the stated delivery times on their website (they claim to usually deliver in 30 days).

I am very disappointed at the lack of transparency and protracted delay.

On October 15 of 2024 i ordered a tie from Passaggio Cravatte in Italy. It was a really beautiful vintage material with colors that i love to wear.

The tie was priced at $180.00 USD shipped. However when i added it to my card, $25 was added on as a 'Bank fee and Stripe commissions'. I thought, 'WHAT? A service charge for an online order'? Nevertheless, i loved the material so i decided to purchase the tie anyhow. I asked the owner of the shop Gianni, why he is charging a service charge, as i have my own ecommerce business and never charged a 10% service charge. He told me he does, and if i dont like it, i can buy a tie somewhere else. He had a severely bad attitude which shocked me, but again, i loved the material so i just purchased anyhow. I usually dont support companies who are rude and price gouge their customers. Yet i decided to give this shop a chance... BAD IDEA!

The website said the tie would take up to 30 days to be finished. I did not receive my tie for almost 100 days. 3+ months. When i emailed about 6 weeks in, Gianni gave me a snarky response and tried to shame me for being in a rush to receive it.

To be honest, i dont mind waiting longer for a custom item if a shop is busy. But the real issue appeared when the tie arrived.
I opened the tie and immediately said, 'Man, this is LONG'! I had ordered the tie with custom measurements to be 3" at the widest, by 52.5" in length. Because i wear high waist trousers so i like shorter ties, hence a custom order. Gianni agreed to my measurements. I measured the tie, and lo and behold, it was 59 INCHES x 3.5 INCHES! NOT EVEN CLOSE to what i had ordered. Furthermore, the fabric wasnt even laid straight (see pics). Its totally crooked. The quality was TERRIBLE. It looked like a child made it. Genuinely! I was shocked. This was supposed to be a luxury tie brand and they CANT even lay the fabric STRAIGHT? FURTHERMORE there was NO tie keeper on the back at all, and NO tag. FOR $205 USD?!?!

I could not believe this. Not only did i have to put up with:
-Gianni's snarky degrading elitist remarks
-a hidden 10% 'Bank & Stripe commissions fee'
-An almost 100 day wait
-Tie was almost 7" too long and 1/2" too wide
-No tie keeper

-No tags
-Poor construction

So, i was UPSET. Yet, i remained composed. I kindly emailed Gianni to tell him about the crooked fabric, and size discrepancies. NO EMAIL REPLY AT ALL. I messaged him via Instagram, at which point he replied. He did apologize for the multiple errors, and told me i would have to pay the return shipping to send the tie back to him so he could fix the 5 issues with it. WHAT? He admits to the error he caused, but wants me to pay $35 to send the tie back to Italy from the USA??? I told him this is not acceptable, again kindly and composed. That when a vendor makes an error, it is their responsibility to send a return label. I have never had to return anything in my entire life that was a vendor error who didnt cover return shipping. Then, HE WENT SILENT. He stopped replying to me altogether. I sent multiple replies, and he ghosted me.
$205 for a necktie is a lot of money for me. I thought maybe this is a rare issue for this company, and i just happened to be the guy to have a TERRIBLE experience. So i went on Trust Pilot. THERE ARE OVER 300 1-star reviews saying the EXACT SAME THING. You read that right, 300+ 1-star reviews.

This guy takes 3-6 months to send the ties, yet falsely advertises they take 30 days max. A LOT of people NEVER RECEIVED their tie at all. Hundreds of people talked about how poorly Gianni talked to them. And how TERRIBLE of an experience overall they had.

I cannot send this back because i cant lose another $35 in shipping with the probability he will not return the tie to me like others said on trust pilot. When he makes an error, he wont refund their money AT ALL.

Give them a read. There are also complaints on this forum you can search for.
I lost over $200 on this useless tie. I cannot get Paypal buyer protection because HE STOPPED USING PAYPAL so he doesnt have to refund people for his errors. I am warning others about how TERRIBLE this company is so you dont waste your money. Yes he has beautiful fabrics, but it will take more than 3 months to get your tie, IF AT ALL. IT WONT HAVE a tie keeper or tag, the patterns will be CROOKED, the quality TERRIBLE, and your custom measurements WONT BE FOLLOWED. THEN HE WILL GHOST YOU! Thats if you receive it at all!!

All i want is a properly made tie i ordered, or a refund for my money. I filed a claim with my credit card company, hopefully they come through. Think twice when the red flags are there with a company...

Exceptional quality, truly handmade to order, and frequently unavailable anywhere else! Gianni is so very talented and humble, you really owe it to yourself to have one or more of his offerings!!

Ordered a piece of vintage cloth for a suit on the 20th of November. On the 15th of February, still no cloth, no refund, no answer to emails. On the other hand they are very productive on sending promotional emails. How hard and time consuming can it be to cut a cloth and ship it.

I am not saying it is a scam, but you would be better of if you would spend your money elsewhere if you want any chance to get them back.

Hands down for the craftmanship and service from Gianni from Passagio Cravette. I read some reviews about alledged delay in delivery. Bear in mind that Gianni makes everything by hand - upon receipt of order - and he alone, with help from his wife. You are ordering something very special, not fast fashion from Primark or Zara or something. Making special things by hand and delivering it internationally takes some time, you should acknowledge and respect that. If you have any special requests, I advise to contact Gianni on beforehand to explore possibilities and to manage expectations. That being said, Gianni always manages to exceed my expectations with his excellent craftmanship, service and responsivess to any questions / special requests I have. Gianni just nails it - every time. Thank you Gianni and wife, much appreciated!!

Placed an order on 11/4/24. Website says standard time for production and delivery to client is 40 days. It is 2/7/25. Merchandise has not been delivered; emails from the company admit it has not even been produced. Continually barraged with advertisements from this company, yet the owner's excuse is that he can't produce the merchandise because "it's only me and my wife Marta". I should have noticed the red flag on their website -- their statement not to inquire about the production date of orders.

This is fraudulent company !!! I Am ordered 2 ties start December 2024 and no ties no refund in this moment . Producer answered me the date 06.02.2025. Today we have MARCH 21. 2925 and no products , no information about REAL date of despatch or refund.

I will never order there again. If you say „can take up to 30 days to your doorstep“, then it describes the maximum time. Now over 60 days have passed and I get only belittling excuses when I ask for the status. If I even get answers - sometimes there is no response to my mails. But on the other hand, I get targeted on Social Media and by email almost on a daily basis to purchase more ties. Please finish the one I ordered first! As I do not trust this anymore, I started a reclaim via my credit card company today. For my tailor made ties, I am now a customer with Shibumi Firenze.
