#1.) I don't have a Sathya Ram in my program. It would be nice if you used your real name if you're going to leave a review. It's a little fishy to leave a review with a fake name.

#1 Part 2.) The only time I have ever publicly humiliated someone was when our outsourcing partner notified us that one of the clients in our program that we helped find talent for did not pay their employee for the work that they did.

That is 100% unacceptable, getting work done by an employee we helped them hire and then not paying them. Not only that, it got us close to getting our account shut down which would mean we could no longer help find team members for our clients, so it was a risk to literally everyone in the entire program so yes I made that known in our community and everyone else in the program was thankful I did that and agreed with that.

It is untrue to say that I "abuse" people. I work very hard for my clients. I have 10,000 clients, I've answered questions daily for over 6 years, and I am always very polite, encouraging, and helpful. As my reviews here say, as well as my reviews on my other Bye 9 To 5 Trustpilot that has 4.9 stars on 150 reviews that anyone reading this should check out.

#2.) The only reason I manually approve every post is because once you get to the point where there's over 1,000 in the group it becomes very difficult to see every question and respond to it. This leads to customers being unhappy because I didn't answer their question, when the truth is I just didn't see it. If I manually approve the posts, I'm able to see every single question and respond to it so none of them are missed.

We now use Discord instead, and there are no posts held there because it's easier to see the new posts on Discord so this complaint has been rectified as well. I'm constantly improving the program based on feedback and I will continue to.

#3.) This is absolutely false. The Talent Acquisition Service I added to the program is not a side hustle. Every person since March of 2022 who joins this program gets the service of us finding talent for our members (Talent Acquisition Service) for free and comes with the program, no fee at all for that service. I charged a very minimal fee to the people who joined before that was implemented because they were not promised this service because it didn't exist yet, and as such, they had paid less than the members who joined in March.

I actually made zero profit from this "side hustle" of charging for the talent acquisition manager. ZERO. Just so you're aware, it actually costs me money to hire people to do stuff for clients, as well as a bunch more of my time and effort.

All the payments did was basically allow me to pay the employees who run that for just the first few months, and now that it's been almost a year I've lost money on adding that service for you guys because I knew it would be a helpful service for you so I was willing to lose money on it to help make the program better 👍

It's definitely unfair to call it a "side hustle" when I'm actually losing money on it.

Pinned to the top of featured in the group is an anonymous survey I created to make sure clients are happy, and 99% of them would recommend this program and think I go above and beyond in my customer service.

I've been busting my butt for over 6 years answering emails, dm's, questions, and comments every single day, day in and day out for over 10,000 people. There's no breaks. It's constant. I do the very VERY best I can. 99.9% of the people in my program say "wow, thank you so much for the quick reply!" As you'll see with the over 100+ 5 star reviews on my other Bye 9 To 5 Trustpilot.

I have also added multiple full time coaches recently to assist me with answering all of the clients and doing one on one's as well.

But I do apologize for anything that might have made you unhappy, unfortunately I can't go back and check the history of our communications together since the review name you used was fake.
