I am a new customer and I dont why you confirm a job when I did not confirm it yet. You need to remove the inaccurate number that is not working. I have never seen a app without no contact details to talk or chat to. No phone number or email. This is ridiculous. They only have sweet mouth to advertise when I specific told the Guy I would confirm before the day.

I am not happy with the service this company has provided and am finding it impossible to cancel. No option on the app, emails and phone calls ignored, i signed up because I believed that I was helping to put veterans back in work and, as the mother of a 23 year served veteran I am beginning to think this is a scam and I signed up under false pretences.
I have raised a dispute with my bank as there was no other way to cancel, i have also cancelled my debit card.
When the next "window cleaner" turns up i will refuse the sevice as well.

I had a terrible experience with Patch.

The app makes it extremely difficult to cancel a recurring service. There is no obvious cancellation option, so I had to ask the cleaner to cancel on my behalf. I was told it would be cancelled, but it wasn't.

On the next scheduled visit, I spoke to the cleaner again while he was cleaning my neighbour's windows. I told him I wanted to cancel, and he asked if I wanted one final clean before doing so. I agreed. He then never cleaned my windows, yet I was still charged and the money was taken from my account.

This is extremely unprofessional. Charging customers for work that was not carried out, combined with a subscription that is difficult to cancel, is completely unacceptable.

I have requested a full refund and immediate cancellation. I would not recommend this service unless they introduce a proper in-app cancellation process and improve how they handle customer cancellations.

Inconsiderate company - began canvassing our area, and despite having never been here before, made up lies about their veteran status, number of local customers, and began bashing local cleaners who have worked hard to have a good name for themselves. Very pushy and care more about their social media presence than building an actual customer relationship. We very politely declined as our current cleaner offers a lower price, but thanked them for their time anyway. The next day, they decided to trespass and use our private property for parking their personal car for the day while they went out knocking on doors. Our properties driveway is very clearly a part of our house, and not public parking. They chose to dump their car here, preventing a disabled person from safely being able to access her own home, and also preventing a crisis worker from being able to get to and from emergency appointments. I would avoid at all costs, find yourself a local, reliable, friendly, trusted cleaner who I’m sure will do a much better job at a fraction of the price.

I joined patch, on the basis it put Vets back to work.

Myself and my husband have both served so this was a thing close to our heart.
After speaking with our cleaner more recently it seems he has never served, and when questioned he confirmed none of his colleagues had too.

My property was also being filmed, for what reasons no one could tell me, but I did not give my permission for my home to be filmed.

I would truly avoid this company, it is impossible to get in contact with them to discuss anything.

Poor service. They promise everything, but when they arrive it’s a different story. You get a different person every time they come to clean, so there’s no consistency. Don’t bother—find a reliable local cleaner instead. You’ll likely get much better prices and far better quality. Avoid

Turn up on time, did initially have a couple of problems with the clean but both were resolved immediately.

Reliable company information. Excellent customer care, and a top job on the windows.

Great service

Been with Patch for a while and have always been very happy with the service. The price has remained consistent and they message you to remind you of the clean day. The cleaner does a good job and Patch are flexible and happy to skip cleans when asked. Customer service are also very helpful and always reply quickly. Recommended.

Last time I had issue with the cleaning
He didn’t do the sky lights window
It’s only like a bungalow at the back and previous cleaner have do them no problems….
But most annoying is the fact I tried to contact yourselves but go NO !!

There are only 2 windows and door at the front 1 side bathroom window and French doors at the back. 2 sky lights window
