The dev mounts are awesome and well designed. Unfortunately they don’t exactly match the sizing of my rack and therefore I can’t use them.
Highly recommend checking the measurements (I wrongly assumed industry measurement standards applied to racks) before placing your order.

Shipping process should be geared more towards B2C vs current B2B. I received a request from UPS to provide a broker to clear the package.
As well, the package could be shipped in its original box instead of a box within a box to save on shipping fees.

The Patchbox system is really great
The Patchbox system is really great. I can't recommend it enough. Ditto the /dev/mount system that replaces rack cage nuts - they work really well and are so easy to use without any tools. They are similar to the plastic RackStuds, but made of metal, and so are far more durable and can handle more weight. (I originally tried RackStuds before buying the /dev/mount and found the RackStuds would bend under the weight of my Ubiquiti UDM-SE router, which isn't all that heavy; the Patchbox /dev/mount could easily handle the weight of everything I've put in my server racks).
I also bought a Setup.exe tool as I knew I would need (and couldn't get) a spare set of hands to help me install things into my server cabinets. Unfortunately, the Setup.exe sagged too much towards the rear of the server cabinet to be of use. I read the guide on how to tighten it and eliminate sag, but was unable to get it any better. I contacted Patchbox via email for advice but never got a response.
So... I can't recommend the Setup.exe tool, but I can and do recommend the Patchbox system and the /dev/mount.
