I like the products but not being able to cancel or update my subscription on the website is outrageous. It's a tactic to screw over consumers. When I emailed them I got a response that said they were experiencing a high volume of emails and would get back with me. So really it's all part of a game to keep the money flowing in. It's a good product so why make customers angry? I wanted to change my subscription but now I just want to cancel and never use them again.
UPDATE: I was able to cancel by contacting them via email 24 hours later. However, I am still not able to find any way via their website to update any auto-subscription. I'm very tech/website saavy and spent a good 45 minutes attemtpting to find it and still can't. So to say you can ALWAYS do it on the website is misleading. Why not make it obvious and keep customers happy and bad reviews off this site?

Very cost effective and so easy to use. Much better than swallowing a lot of pills!

Starting using the patches (multi-vitamin, Biotin and D3/K2) after couple days my hip starts itching. I notice that area was swollen and inflamed. I was told I could use multiple patches. I give this a break and have some blood work done.

When taking iron, it really mess with ones gut. The iron patch is working GREAT!! Iron is up and no need for another blood transfusion!!!

PatchMD patches are the only vitamins/supplements that ever truly worked for me. Been using them for almost a year now and I will keep on using them. If you read the ingredients you will find high quality vitamins not the synthetic crap you buy in the store. Trust me. These patches are a godsend.

Been try to get a hold of customer service for a week now! Still no call back!

The patches have been easy and fit my needs. My blood work has came back great since I started using them. I would recommend them!

I have been using these patches since my gastric sleeve. My DIL is pregnant and can't keep much down especially vitamins. Her iron level was so low her doctor was going to do infusions until I had her use the iron patch. In a month her level has doubled now her doctor is recommending them!

Only complaint we have is their customer service needs to be improved. We tried to add daily vitamins for my husband and the order somehow went through their bariatric arm of the company. The order ended up costing us much more but only came one month thankfully. We tried to notify them but were unsuccessful several times.

Horrible!! I’ve tried unsubscribing 10 times now but they keep charging me!!!!!

I currently use the multivitamin patches and feel great. When my hair started falling out 4 months post op I started using the biotin patch. Blood work came back normal levels across the board so I know they work. I was low on iron so I’m now starting the iron patches. Very happy with the whole process and I’ll never ingest another nasty pill again.

I can't say enough about how wonderful the customer service is with PatchMD. My order was lost in the mail. The post office tracking number reported it was delivered (left in the mailbox) but I never received the package of vitamins. I emailed customer service with no expectation that they would replace the missing vitamins, but I had hoped that the package was returned to them if it had been misdelivered (which happens far too often in our town). To my surprise, PatchMD replaced my order immediately. The customer service representative was professional, kind, and showed great concern for me as a customer and as a person! Well done, PatchMD! Thank you so much for exemplary customer service!!
