Looks good. Needs careful checking and planning of parts to work out how to assemble. Well labelled parts . Needs written instructions as well as pictures. Sliding doors bit flimsy. Takes approximately 2 days to build. Good and prompt customer support .

Putting 1 star because 0 is not an option. Purchased a 20×20 car port. Missing parts, missing instruction manual, no instruction manual online, customer support as of 7/21/26 has had 4 days to to send the manual over email and the ai assistance is worthless

This is absolutely the worse place to order a shed. I ordered on June 30th, was told it would be here on July 3rd. I got 1 box of 2 and the other box has not showed up. I contacted customer service and they tell me no order was found even though I have the receipt, so I call them and they keep hanging up on me. So now I have to wait 90 days to return it thru Amazon and I'm out of a storage shed that was needed by this coming weekend and I'm out hundreds of dollars because of this company. Definitely filling with the BBB. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible, do not buy pieces do not align very flimsy, metal is very thin, had all four wall up and fell down after i took a little break, bent everything, contacted for a refund or replaced but really want a refund for it all, if i could post pictures i would

If I could leave a -5 stars I would strictly based on customer service and the lack of communication until well after the 12 hour order max cancelation policy. I ordered two sheds just to find out I had to cancel the order due to reasons beyond my control. I started contacting them 4 hours after the order. I called, chatted online, and emailed them for several hours. They finally emailed 24 hours after y first contact. They told me the order had already been shipped when I clearly canceled the order hours before the 12 hour period.
They dropped the ball and blamed me. I hope they make good on their own policy. But it doesn't look like they will. Very untrustworthy company.

I’m extremely disappointed with both the product support and the overall experience. The shed arrived without instructions, and it took two full days for them to email them to me after I reached out. Even once received, the instructions are very difficult to follow and poorly written, making assembly much harder than it should be.

To make matters worse, the shipment was missing a 240-count bag of screws, which is essential for assembly. Instead, the box included a bag of screws that aren’t even used for this shed. I contacted customer service, verified my order number, and was told the missing screws would be sent out ASAP. After that, I was ghosted for four days.

When they finally responded, they asked if I wanted a $20 refund to buy the screws locally, despite the fact that replacing them would cost close to $100. Meanwhile, my shed has been sitting unfinished in my backyard. Only after pushing again was I told replacement screws would ship — with an estimated 2–3 week delivery time, meaning the shed will remain incomplete for a long time.

Overall, I’m very unhappy with the lack of quality control, the confusing instructions, and especially the poor customer service and communication. This has turned what should have been a straightforward project into an ongoing headache.

I purchased an 8 x 6 resin shed at Lowe’s from patioWell there was one bracket Missing from the order, I contacted customer service after three days of back-and-forth with me taking pictures to prove that I bought their product They stopped answering me I called customer service, which goes right to voicemail. I left a message They never called me back disgraceful Way to treat your customers, so my shed is sitting uncompleted because of a three dollar missing piece of metal that they refuse to give me

I purchased the 8 x 12 resin kick outdoor shed. It was missing 2 pieces and I called Patiowell, they sent me the pieces within 3 days and I am currently putting it together. They followed up via email to check on the parts to make sure we got what we needed. Great customer service and the product is amazing!! Pictures to come when she is done!

We placed an order for an 8x12 shed. The company responded to my request immediately and helped with the purchase. We have received part of the order in just a couple days of ordering and have the tracking information for the remaining items that should be delivered soon. 5 stars for the response time and the professionalism they have shown to me thus far. I love this umbrella. It solves so many problems by not requiring one to get under the unit to get it up. I can open it from inside the house! Outstanding!

We have already ordered one shed from Patiowell and love it, so we ordered a second. When they let us know it wasn't available in the color we wanted, they kept searching and found it one at another warehouse. I really appreciated them going the extra step to make sure our sheds matched!

I ordered the 9ft automatic umbrella with remote control.

Umbrella was received very promptly, and well packaged.

The automatic opening and closing of the umbrella, both by pressing the button situated on the umbrella pole power unit and by using the remote control unit, work flawlessly.

I would never buy from this company again, what a joke.
So we get unit, open it up, the instructions are not relative for what the unit is. whoever wrote the instructions never put together my unit. Asked to put things in places that were not in the boxes to begin with

- even when calling company they told me they are just the people who sell the product, they can't help me with customer service issues. ...... what?!!? So I had to contact an email, that took 2 weeks to get communicated I was missing a panel.
Unit quality is subpar, no better then a general unit you can find at a department store.

I was having some problems with my shed and their customer service was the absolute best. They sent everything I needed and then some. Great product. Great customer service. I couldn’t be happier. They really went above and beyond. Thanks you guys so much!!!

I order the Patiowell resin 8x6 shed from Home depot. First 3 boxes came quick, the last box, box 1 came a few days later. I finally decided to put the shed together and noticed all the hardware was missing in box 1. I emailed their support to get the missing parts. They tell me they can't do that, and will send me a whole new box. That was 2 weeks ago.
Their latest comment was - Sorry to have kept you waiting. Because it was a holiday a few days ago, we did not check and process the message in time.
We will send you a replacement box as soon as possible, please wait for me.

I have asked them multiple times when will the box be coming and what do you want me to do with the old one. That was yesterday, still waiting for a response.

Excellent customer service and follow through. I had a couple of issues with the materials, but they were replaced promptly and accurately.

There was a small shortage of parts and Patiowell was quick to respond and took care of it right away. The shed looks great and we are completely satisfied.
