I never thought a simple bedtime habit could make such a difference, but reading together before sleep has completely changed our evenings. Instead of rushing through the bedtime routine, my 7 year old now looks forward to picking out a book and diving into a new story each night. It’s become a calm, screen free moment that helps us slow down, connect, and end the day on a positive note. The conversations we have after each chapter are often my favorite part of the day. I’d recommend it to any parent looking for a more peaceful and meaningful bedtime routine.
