Honestly, I didn't know where to turn after dealing with a sketchy trademark company that completely wasted my time and money. A friend suggested Paul and Slate LLP, and it was the best decision I made for my business.
From the very first call, the team was straightforward and professional — no confusing legal jargon, just clear answers. My paralegal, Jacob Greene, deserves a special mention. He kept me updated at every step and was always quick to respond whenever I had questions or concerns.
Getting my LLC set up and trademark registered felt like a smooth process compared to what I had been through before. Everything was handled efficiently and with real care.

Zero stars!! SCAM

Zero stars!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! BEWARE… I should have known when they called from their personal cell phones and both barely spoke English. Do not trust Mark he will ask for $300 one time service fee and then tried asking for another $700 filing fee. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage and lying to people.

The service quality was strong and the staff were knowledgeable. The only improvement I'd suggest is slightly faster updates during waiting periods, but overall I'm satisfied with the results.

A fraudulent advanced scam

A fraudulent company with an AI built site attempting to steal from small Biz owners under the impression that they will assist for a trademark application. They strategically contact you saying they will assist but need you to send in a lawyer fee for the filing under a payment site called "LOGO Wizards" quite bizarre the information they obtain to scheme you.
