We used Pavlus to book a Tauck vacation trip to Australia and New Zealand. Our agent, Fia was fabulous. Responsive, timely and friendly. The air transportation department could be faster and easier to get a response or answer questions quicker. However, we plan to use Pavlus again and highly recommend
