Absolutely disgusting, do not buy, within 5 minutes our pup ripped them apart, he has lots of toys and still intact. I emailed and the reply was unbelievable! You can only get a refund if you don't open the package, we bought for the pup NOT to look at them, just go to pets at home 🤬

They sold me a dog toy claiming it was indestructible and it was destroyed in minutes. Asked for a refund and obviously this was a rip off scam. Stay away at all cost and spread the word about these scammers.

Over £27 for 2 “ indestructible” dog toys which were both destroyed inside 20 minutes contacted the company to ask for a refund and they said the 30 day money back guarantee only applied to toys that had not been taken out of the bag or played with this is not the impression that was given when I bought them do not give these people any of your money

Toy was destroyed within 10 minutes so doesn't exactly live up to the "indestructible" advertising.

Emailed to cancel this order 1 hour after placing it when it became clear goods were not from the UK. Response received the next day and cancellation /refund confirmed. However, 2 weeks of repeated emails asking where refund was, and reassurances it was on way and order cancelled, I’ve today received an email from
Evri saying they have my package! I’m furious at myself for ordering in the first place but also as I made it clear I did not want this order and was assured it was cancelled.
I have raised a dispute with my bank and won’t accept the parcel.
Email replies are hit and miss from this company from ‘Lisa’ which I suspect isn’t the case. No mention of orders being fulfilled outside of the UK - in fact, following my cancellation and explanation for it, an email arrived to all customers saying that unfortunately their UK warehouse had run out of stock so the shipment was coming from their ‘international warehouse!’
Avoid this company.

If I could give zero stars I would! Your company states that these are indestructible which is inaccurate! Company will not refund your money. Your indestructible toy didn’t even last a day. I don’t recommend purchasing anything from this company.

My dog destroyed the indestructible toys in one day. It's a scam!

Delayed delivery time. Indestructible I'm toy lasted about 1 minutes with our six months old puppy. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I will be reporting the claims of the supplier to our local trading standards. No existent reply from the supplier regarding return.

Would give zero if I could, toy destroyed in two minutes definitely not for dogs who destroy everything. Unhelpful customer services, only take back toy if not used. Never buy from again.

Only a one star as absolute rubbish response to mail (ie nothing) beautiful toys. Destroyed in 10 minutes. Money back guarantee? Hmmm… it’s such a shame with the customer service .. as one dog loves them (as do the humans) and would be a perfect score .. but one mutilated and the inside ripped out. Wouldn’t really be writing this If had had a response from supposed customer service. Such a shame nothing can be trusted anymore.

Really sad that these dog toys are extremely poorly made! Arrived today 24th August 2026 after ordering on the 11th August 2026, my labrador tore it so easily and all stuffing out within 5 minutes, fabric is so thin. I would not waste my money and definitely would not recommend. Says that it's a UK based company which really implies that my order would be shipped from within the UK, had to wait 13 days to be shipped and arrive from China.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!! Destroyed in less than 5 minutes. They advertised as indestructible pet toys, but they’re cheap Chinese toys. A severe choking hazard to all pets. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Dog chewed ours up first day. Can’t get a response back for a return. Also tried on Facebook and every time I made a post or showed the pic of it tore up the post was removed. Now I’m blocked. It’s a piece of junk

Bought three cuddle Dog Toys from Paw - Friends at £35 plus a free dog book that I never received, when three cuddles turned up they were way smaller than expected and my F2 Cockapoo destroyed all three of them in under 30 minutes when they claimed they were indestructible and if your Dog manages to destroy them they’ve refund you within 30 days, so strange away I sent them an email with photo evidence of the three destroyed toys, and there reply was that the policy states can only refund the toys if there in the same condition that I received them in the post, so completely unhelpful comment and not prepared to honour there own advertised money back policy on social media, absolute waste of time and money, avoid at all costs and don’t get sucked in like I did and wasted £35 for absolutely nothing, theses toys are not as there claimed to be or advertised, just ripping off poor dog owners and over charging for worthless in adequate tatt

The Toya are appalling all three of my dogs chewed them up within an hour would not deal with these again shocking aftercare pay a bit extra and get proper toys for your fur babies

If i could give no stars i would these indestructible dog toys lasted 15 minutes with an 8 month old pup and there replacement guarantee well thats total rubbish to no reply to emails or messages on messenger stay well away

Dog absolutely destroyed the toy in minutes. Wasn't eligible for a refund or exchange because the dog destroyed it? Was supposed to be extremely durable & was not cheap.

I bought a toy for my 7mth old gsd x alaskam malamute as she loves to chew. It states no dog has destroyed them on the website my dog had it for a total of 6 hrs and ripped it to shreds

My 7 month old puppy destroyed two ‘indestructible’ plushies within 20 minutes. I attempted to contact the company, to enquire about a refund, via their customer service and instagram pages and have been consistently ignored.
