We came across Pawfect Pup after hearing about them at Dogstival. We unfortunately didn’t get to reach their stall but I placed my first order with them when I got home and I haven’t looked back since. Immediately the customer service was fantastic and it just got better from there. Receiving the order was such a lovely experience, from the carefully considered recyclable packaging, to the finer details like the bee seed heart that can be planted to help give back to the environment. Then you have the products themselves… wow. They all smell fabulous and they really give you a spa like feel. I didn’t think dog grooming could be so enjoyable and my dog loves it too. I couldn’t recommend Pawfect Pup and their products enough for all your dog grooming needs. Once you’ve tried them, you won’t look back.

Ah I love this stuff so much. The doggy dry shampoo and cologne smell divine but my favourite is the soothing & moisturising balms. Speedy postage, beautiful sustainable packaging. Would recommend!

If you love the smell of the spa then this is for you… The moment the box arrives the incredible smell fills the room!
The ‘walk in the woods’ dry shampoo is amazing it transforms your dogs coat from smelly and greasy to a soft and glamorous coat and for the pups that don’t like baths this is the perfect option for them.
We love the ‘happy pup’ spray to use once they have been groomed to give them a lasting scent or to do a quick freshen up between grooms.
To keep your furbabies toe beans and boopers smooth and nourished you need the ‘soothing balm’ which is safe for them to lick and makes such a difference.
All products are natural, organic, eco- friendly, and homemade which are gentle on your furfriends and the environment!

I bought the dry shampoo a couple of months ago and now wouldn't be without it! 'Walk in the Woods' smells lovely - bringing the outside in, but without whiffy dog! The dry shampoo is perfect for our family, with very little time to wash the dog when its most needed, so this product is ideal for those in between times!
The powder itself is very soft and fine, so is easily absorbed into our Cavapoo's fur quickly, and without him trying to shake it off! It can be used in the dogs bedding too, which is a bonus.. I always add a few shakes of it there for extra freshness!
The product is beautifully packaged, and in a very convenient 'sprinkler' jar - unlike those nasty, cheap spray-guns - one point and the dog runs a mile!
This dry shampoo oozes style and is a high end product, lovingly hand made, but without a huge price tag. Love it, and will definitely be buying some of the other products to add to the collection.

Pleasant purchasing experience, down to the lovely email comms and packaging. I purchased a few items but the stand out one I felt the need to write a review about is the soothing balm. My pup had been scratching his groin area, we never figured out why, but it was so red and sore. We tried the balm and he immediately stopped scratching. Within a day or two all the redness had gone and he hasn't been scratching there since. Highly recommend.
