Extremely disappointed with the service I received from this Paw London
My experience was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor, I was given incorrect information, and the issue was not handled professionally. This caused unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously.
I expected a much higher standard of customer service and support. Unfortunately, the company failed to meet basic expectations, and the lack of accountability only made the situation worse.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience and hope they take steps to improve their customer service and delivery processes.

First I brought a collar for my puppy was happy with product even though it was pricey so went ahead and brought the matching harness and lead waited 2 weeks to only be sent the harness so emailed the company for a refund for the lead as I had to go out and buy another lead week later no response still and now a gem has fell out of the harness within the space of a week poorly made not happy with the quality considering I paid £85 for a shit harness and a lead that never came still no contact from company

The collar is absolutely gorgeous. We got the beige small evil eye collar. Good quality and amazing colours, looks really good on my little boy.
It took a little longer to get delivered, still totally worth it and we will definitely be returning for more.
