These two work together to rip people off why are they still doing buisness they should be shut down immediately

shameless, pure scam. they process the deposit in about 7 business days, but i am STILL waiting after a month. they also never respond to support

Send wyre customer service and support account are the worst of all.
They don't respond to emails.
Their support email, 'help email', support email and even the folks there assigned to your account.
You can spend months sending reminders to them and this email and they don't even acknowledge it.
How do you treat your partner like this for Christ sake.
Terrible company if you care about reliability.

WYRE has done nothing for me! My credit card company told me to contact Wyre to recoup STOLEN FUNDS. All Wyre tells me to do is to contact my credit card company.
My credit card company did everything in their power to recoup STOLEN money from Wyre, but Wyre kept taking it back--claiming it was legitimate.
Wyre won't talk to me. Wyre won't tell me what information they need to even try and recoup my funds. Wyre haven't even looked into the matter on the level to know what transaction I am talking about. WYRE DID NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!! WYRE LET HACKERS USE THEIR COMPANY TO STEAL $500 FROM ME AND THEY WON'T EVEN LOOK INTO IT. JUST BLOCK AND DEFLECT. YOU ARE SHAMELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve use this site about four times now and only the last three times I’ve had trouble with buying cryptocurrency the cryptocurrency goes through and it charges me the normal price and everything goes well but then about 24 hours later I noticed on my statement I have a pending charge from them for the exact amount that I already paid the day before I’ve notified wyre about this and they said it’s on my banks end well I’ve called my bank now two or three times that this is happened and it’s not on their end and they have to clear it from my pending charges every single time because wye has collected their money from me already so I don’t know why they’re trying to double charge. I love this company besides the hassle of embarrassing myself to my bank because it’s the easiest way to buy crypto. Please help me wyre. U cleared this the first time it happened! I don’t want to stop using you!!!!!

I have never used their service, nor have I even heard of them until I received an alert that my checking account was charged $104.40. Immediately blocked my credit card and notified my bank. Send Wyre is a COMPLETE FRAUDULENT SCAM.

Wrye uses third party venders to rip you off then denys any responibilty.No refunds you get nothing from them third party vender keeps all purchases.

I got hit with 2 fraudulent transactions June totaling $723.53. Now have reported identity theft as Wyre has "supporting documents"to my bank and my personal information was all on the purchase details. This is fraud mind you and again identity theft.

The 415-374-7356 phone number on file with the bank is just a busy signal. Registered to: Rekha Ravindra. .Other names that Rekha uses includes Reckha Ravindra and Rekha Rayindra. Rekha's ethnicity is unknown, whose political affiliation is currently a registered Democrat

Had three transactions debited from my banking account from a supposed verizion rep for over $780. I dont even have a Wyre account. Will dispute as it was unauthorized. If Wyre is here just to give scammers a platform, they should be shut down and prosecuted. My next contact is with Verizon as why my info was available to this scammer.

THEY called ME and stated my VZW account was going to be suspended. I became suspicious when the rep had a hard time getting my card number right. He put me on hold twice which I now believe is when he was putting the fraudulent charges of 500.00 twice! I immediately called my bank and had the cards blocked and now have to wait for new cards. I don't use cash much anymore, just my cards, and I have 32.00 in my wallet. First time I have ever been scammed in 73 years. Hopefully my bank can get my 1000.00 back!

So I wake up this morning and find five transactions in my checking account. All withdrawals from some a hole who somehow had access to my wife’s debit card. I called the bank as soon as they opened, I canceled the card and asked for the charges to be reversed. They told me if it were a credit card that is possible, but on a debit card we have to wait till they all post and then file a fraud report. You would think this crypto company would have their own inner securities when they see five charges come in in a matter of minutes from an account. I called their customer service, Got someone who could barely speak English. Tried to give her the account numbers that were used. She did not want them. Tried to give her the transaction numbers that were used. She didn’t want those either. She asked for my name and phone number. My email. And stated someone would reach out to me. What a freaking crock. And now here I sit with 1000+ dollars out of my checking account. WYRE is being used to steal and scam.

Terrible company and terrible experience all around. Stay far away from this company!!
