They charged me for the service even though I didn't receive it. When I contacted their support team, they were unprofessional and used terrible language. If you look at their website, they actually talk about things like chargeback protection; their real goal here is simply to set up an unprofessional money trap. There is no way to get your money back otherwise. Do not hesitate to contact your bank and initiate a chargeback process, just as I did.

Our records show that the subscription was purchased and the product was successfully delivered to the Steam account used at checkout. As with most digital goods and subscription services, charges apply once delivery is completed, and account access and security remain the responsibility of the account holder.
We understand your frustration regarding losing access to your account, and we're sorry to hear about that situation. However, the loss of account access on the customer's end is not something within our control, and it does not reflect a failure to deliver the service you paid for.
