I use Paypacket to Manage my PA. They are brilliant, professional and hardworking people.

I'm not entirely sure what role Paypacket actually serves with myself.
They have funds in my name, held in a Bank account with my name but I have no authority over that account.
Statements are sporadic to say the least so I'm unsure if my Caregivers are paid at all.
